Great quiet countryside location, with some very pleasant waymarked footpaths. Breakfast was excellent, with a good selection of cereals, fruit and the very delicious full english breakfast. For an evening meal, there are two Pubs in very close proximity. The Worlds End was very welcoming and had a good varied menu.
Although the rooms a very pleasant and comfortable, the soundproofing between rooms could be improved somewhat. It might also be a good idea to reposition the Shephards Hut reception, to provide additional car parking. It would be beneficial to have a complete hard path between the car parking area and the accommodation, to make it easier for wheelchair accessibility as well as wheeling suitcases. Whilst not a lot of time was spent in the room, it would have been nicer if the televisions were slightly larger and the channel selection more standard (ie. Try freesat and repositioning the satellite dish?)

The location. It is extremely quiet and off the beaten track. We were given a room which was essentially a small detatched cottage - perfect because we have a dog who is very protective of us if he hears footsteps in the night. The bed was very comfortable and the TV had Netflix. There was also a bath in the actual room.
The accommodation was functional and rural. The car needed to be parked a few minutes walk away. It could not be kept by the cottage. The breakfasts are cooked in the actual dining room where you eat, so you get all the clattering and banging as well as the cooking smells which get into your clothes. It would perhaps be better if the extractor fan was turned on. But at these prices you might expect a more peaceful dining experience. Also breakfast is 7.15am - 9.15am so don't expect a lie in.

Beautiful location, very peaceful and footpaths directly from the property. I liked having own entrance to the room which overlooked the gardens. Breakfast was very good with a very jolly chef who would basically cook whatever you liked.
There needs to be more attention to detail. The electric raiator in the bathroom was hanging from the wall because one of the brackets was broken. One of the chairs outside of the room was broken so could not sit on it. The beds, well they need replacing desperately, everytime you move the whole bed moves!!!! Also as many previous people have stated the walls are so thin which really needs addressing, it actually sounded like the neighbours were in our room.

The location was stunning. I booked three double rooms and they were all excellent. The bedroom and bathroom were large and comfortable. We liked the super king sized bed. The bathroom.was large, shower was good and the towels were good and fluffy. Refreshments included hot chocolate sachets - sign of a quality establishment in my book! As it was a lovely sunny morning we sat outside for breakfast - the lovely young woman on duty happily relaid our table for six outside. Breakfast, cooked by a lovely chatty gentleman, was really lovely. Cereals, yoghurts, fresh fruit, pastries and full cooked breakfast all on offer and delicious. Sorry we only stayed one night. Footpaths were available directly from.the venue. My son and I had a lovely walk before breakfast while the rest of our family enjoyed a lie-in Thank.you for a lovely stay.
There was nothing we didn't like.

Very clean unit, and friendly staff. Breakfast was very good. Cooked how we wanted it, including my dietary needs. Both breakfast room staff were so helpful and friendly. Plenty of choice and perfectly cooked and served! The dog friendly room was clean, plenty of room and suitable for our needs. The location was perfect to allow us to attend a funeral at Arun Crematorium. The bed was comfortable, and we both got 2 nights good sleep. It was in a quiet location and a beautiful setting.
Nothing caused us any concern.

The location was great although to get the farm the road is not great, lots of pot holes and uneven surfaces - that is the only downside to this stay. However this would not put me off returning as it was lovely. Staff were so welcoming and friendly and the breakfast was delicious and very filling I did not have to eat until the evening :)
As stated above the road leading to the air bnb was very uneven and not great to drive on and was quite narrow. I also would like to have been there for longer to appreciate the surroundings. This won't be my last visit so maybe next time I will be able to stay a little longer.

Good armchairs in the room. Space for dog basket. Breakfast excellent - and staff. Kindly letting us check out later as we needed to get changed after walking the dog, as we were then going to a funeral.
Found the paving slippery when wearing my walking boots. Car was parked some way away from room. Photo looked as if it was just a farmhouse and a few barn conversions. Couldn’t even let the dog off the lead in the big field at the back (of the car park) - good job we walked him at Littlehampton before arriving, and brought towels and basket, as even lane outside (for last thing at night and first thing in the morning) was dirty, and nearby woods and fields were very muddy. Pub down the road good for evening meal.

Only stayed one night for a work trip, wasn’t sure what to expect but I was very happy once I arrived the pictures on line don’t do it justice. My room was large and felt more homely than a standard hotel room. The staff were great from my first interaction to the owner and Destiny cooking me breakfast in the morning. Everyone was really nice and couldn’t do enough for you.
Nothing not to like really. I was in the middle of two other rooms and you can hear everything so it does make you want to be quiet not to disturb anyone as I had to be up early.

Lovely people & a warm welcome. Lovely breakfast & a nice room. Easy-going approach was great & with the breakfast, it was definitely great value for money. There was an issue with the smoke alarms on the block, but once alerted, Ben stuck with it & dealt with the issue best he could, so we had a quiet night's sleep.
The walls dividing the rooms could do with soundproofing as we could hear the people next door & behind a bit much - to the point someone said 'bless you' when I sneezed! It wasn't a big issue though, maybe even a bit comical.

Beautifully kept farm buildings and grounds, welcoming and helpful staff/hosts, very comfortable room with nice selection of teas, coffee and hot chocolate, huge bed, gorgeous location, swallows and other birds right outside the window, lovely breakfast. A lovely, relaxing stay.
Somewhat lack of privacy in the room we had because the path was right outside the window. Could do with a blind that can be angled up/down, but this was minor as there were few people around.
