The room we stayed in was remodeled and was very well equipped. Everything in the room was new. The parking lot has been redone and lines were marked clearly. The staff was very helpful and check in- check out was fast and easy. Price was reasonable and our stay was excellent. Avanti is an excellent place to stay when in Santa Maria.

The room layout and furnishings were astonishing for the price, which is the best bargain in Santa Maria at $92 booking.com rate. We particularly liked the “closet” area as it was best use of space ever. A/C was very cold and easy to control in room. Platform bed had automatic motion lighting near floor, which was a nice touch for night activities. Attendant was extremely helpful and came to room to reconnect the wireless cable and set up CC on the TV. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom very clean.

Not in the best part of town. No hangars for “closet”. TV channels which normally offer CC did not have CC here, which was strange. Might have been stripped or ? by the cable provider Spectrum?

The suite was very spacious. With a fridge and microwave which felt modern. Light switch had a dim option so if its too bright you can dim it down. Had 2 curtain options that were easy to control. Suite had 2 restrooms.

The suite was near the trash can so a bad odor would come into our room so we had to close the curtains, even though it didn't fully help. Our queen room was really tight. You get little space gap between the beds and TV table. Restroom has sliding door so everyone will hear your business and even had a gap so no privacy if your traveling with friends. Small windows didn't have a curtain so sun was shining through early in the morning. Staff didn't have a too welcoming attitude.

Recently remodeled and you can tell, still some construction going on but wasn’t a problem as they weren’t up early making noise or up late. Shower and bathroom remodel was insanely nice. Good water pressure and the water turned hot fairly quickly. Sharath was the MOD and he was exceptional, very helpful and even made my wife a cup of coffee from their brand new espresso machine in the lobby. Checked in on us constantly and wasn’t overbearing about it. Bed was ridiculously comfy and had enough space for our daughter and my wife. The hotel accommodated our service animal which was very appreciated since we were displaced from our house last minute due to a leak. Highly recommend!!!!

The location is in a bad part of town, late night it gets a little loud but you definitely still feel safe in your room. Especially with the privacy covers

I absolutely love the hotel accommodations, The rooms are clean and very stylish and modern. I felt like a queen staying in such a luxurious room. I stayed previously in Jan this year and that stay was as well a 10 plus. I really like the manager Shareth that I have had the pleasure of his awesome hospitality, helpfulness and a very warm welcome with courtesy and a smile! I will recommend it to friends and family and will definitely be staying again. I feel that I truly made a friend with Shareth. In Jan I was traveling alone and Shareth made sure I felt safe and was comfortable with everything. It's a service that was provided that I do not see now days. The hotel was freshly renovated. Everything was clean and properly working. A lot of towels, pillows, temperature was extremely easy to adjust. Cosmetics smelled so nicely! Once a week on Saturday, there is a food truck where we ate the best fried oreo in the world! The greatest part of the hotel is the general manager - Sharath! He makes sure that you feel welcomed and well informed about everything which is important. Outstanding personality which made us feel like we wanted to stay much longer! In the morning we got coffee and sweets to go. We highly recommend this place even for a short stay! Exactly half way between San Francisco and Los Angeles. Plenty of places to eat around the hotel.

NA. There is nothing to complain about!

The man and woman who work the hotel are awesome. So are the cleaning staff. I come weekly for work and I feel so welcomed by them. The beds are comfortable, the new remodel designs are modern, clean, and nice. I enjoy my stay here weekly.

The occasional WiFi outage, but any issues the staff is willing to fix right away. The showers in each room are different.

The welcome was very warm, and we received a beautiful, freshly renovated room with great amenities. Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi didn’t work, so we reported it to Neel at the reception. He was very friendly, tried every possible solution with us, and when it still didn’t work, he kindly offered us a free room change. On top of that, we even received complimentary soft drinks. Excellent service – we can definitely recommend this hotel!

For a longer stay, having a wardrobe in the room would be an advantage.

Newly renovated rooms with top-notch furniture and facilities, super clean and comfortable. We booked one king room and one suite. Suite comes with 1.5 bath, 2 TVs and kind of a living room. King room was also pretty spacious. Very comfortable beds and pillows! Manager was very attentive and helpful. We would definitely stay in this hotel again!

It would be great if they’d equip rooms with coffee machines, but it was not an issue for us during our stay this time

The guy at the front desk was very accommodating, and even went as far as to learn a bit of our native language, when he found out we were from out of country. Everything in the hotel seemed fresh and up-to-date, the sheets were clean, the room was spacious and quiet, and the bathroom was great! No issues with the heating either. The bed was very comfortable and we slept well! They've got a super cool coffee machine in the reception but we sadly didn't try that. Either way, great stay, would stay again!
