This hotel is just wow! 🌟 I stayed in the Jacuzzi room and the view was absolutely breathtaking—full panoramic magic 😍💖. The room was super clean, spacious, and had everything I needed 👍🏻. Service was quick, and the staff were so friendly and welcoming—special thanks to Anna 🌟 for making my stay even more special 😊🤍. Honestly, the professionalism of the team is one of the biggest reasons I fell in love with this place 💯 They even have a paid car service 🚕 which is super handy

Truly everything exceptional, from the super clean room with a wonderful view, to the breakfast. Impeccable service from all points of view. The kindness of the staff is disarming, always attentive to every need of the customer, a special thanks goes to Prayag who welcomed us with immense kindness making us feel at home, super professional, helpful and excellent command not only of the English language but also of the Italian language. the chef deserves a mention for the delicious dishes he prepared with so much love. The hotel is very beautiful, with a secluded location, modern elegance, and cleanliness. The staff are absolutely wonderful — friendly, professional, and proactive in serving guests. The breakfast is delicious, varied, and excellent. The resort offers a range of enjoyable activities, and in my opinion, it is more suitable for couples rather than children.

The only drawback is that sound travels throughout the hotel; there is no sound insulation between the rooms. I hope this issue can be addressed, because honestly, the resort is excellent aside from this flaw. The lack of soundproofing also means that all external noises from the tea plantations can be heard.

Absolutely incredible view overlooking the tea plantations from our balcony room. This view made coming to Munnar and staying at the hotel worth it. Food was delicious and reasonably priced, which is important as the location was quite a bit out of town so we were reliant on the hotel restaurant (hotel is around 6km away from Munnar, but it is on windy hill roads so it takes 20 minutes each way. Plus the restaurant options in the center of Munnar weren't particularly great). Service was really attentive and very proactive. The staff worked very hard to anticipate anything that you might need. Highly recommend the morning village walk offered by the hotel. We were guided by Rajan. He took us through the tea plantations and the local village that runs the plantation (where Rajan lives).

A la carte food during lunch could take quite a while to arrive as everything was made fresh (30-40 minutes from ordering). There was the odd slip up with forgetting or mixing up requests, but everything would always get sorted out. There wasn't a ton to do at the hotel outside from looking at the view. We were hoping to use the jacuzzi tubs in the spa, but it turns out the jacuzzis are located in specific rooms that were unfortunately sold out during our stay.

The hotel is located outside the main township so it was very quiet. It looks directly over a rolling hills and tea plantations. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the staff were very hospitable.

It wasn’t a fault of the hotel, but I didn’t realise that there was no bar. I should have read the amenities list properly. It would have been great to have a wine in our jacuzzi overlooking the mountain views. The lighting automation system was really difficult to operate as well.

We had a truly exceptional stay at The Valle Hotel. The property is beautiful, clean, and surrounded by stunning views. The rooms are of a very high standard, offering excellent comfort and style, which added to the overall luxury of our stay. One of the highlights was the great trekking experience in the morning, as well as the hike through the tea plantations to the nearby village, guided by the fantastic Rajan. His knowledge and passion added so much value to our adventure. Additionally, the entire staff, from the reception to the service team, was fantastic and incredibly caring. They made sure we felt comfortable and well taken care of throughout our stay. If you’re looking for a blend of relaxation, luxury, and adventure, this is the perfect place to stay in Munnar. Highly recommended!

Our stay was the most relaxing and comfortable during our journey through India so far. The room had enough space for everything and the view from the balcony was stunning. Food was also great. The staff was always smiling and super attentive, everyone was very professional.

Everything was great, except for some strange sounds from outside (like a church or so?) starting in the morning. But this could be solved with earplugs.

Fantastic property, away from the hustle bustle, breath taking views perched on top of the mountains. staff very courteous all from reception, to housekeeping to restaurant, special mention for very courteous and helpful Joshuwa, Sahil, Sneha, Tinu, Nafia and even their tour guide Rajan.

Staff fantastic though service in restaurant a little slow, but the awesome food especially Indian covered up for it. Spa ambience etc gd but the masseurs not up to the mark and also the hi tea place needs to be larger and better. The property could easily do with 1 more lift .

The Valle looked wonderful online and even better once we got there. The hotel is wonderful and the extras like baking, cooking sessions, campfire, guided nature trails and bicycle rides to explore the hills was very thoughtful and kept us busy. The staff and service however, steals the show. Chef Anoosh and his team at Nihara were extremely hospitable and helped make the most of the 2 days with great treats. Please make sure to order the off the menu chef's special - The Tribal Chicken, we had it twice in a row. Special mentions also go out to Tinu, Sudarshan, Prince and Nafia among others. The Valle is a great place to unwind and soak in some Munnar or get busy exploring the wilderness with family and friends.
