Clean and comfortable enough for the price! You pay for what you get, dated property but looked after very well.

Sink not plumbed in properly so leaked everywhere and a bit of a trek along a pretty sketchy road into town but just hire a moped and you will be sweet (plenty of moped parking, you will also need one to go to the viewpoints and lagoons)

Very good place. We plan to sleep 1 night but finally slept 2 nights thanks to the place. Room was cleaned. AC + fan. Hot shower. Good breakfast. Very cool swimming pool of 16 meters with a speaker. The best for me is the people. First Andy, the receptionist. Very helpful, he gives you all the advices you need, takes time and is flexible. The owner spent some time with us at the swimming pool, offer us some fruits, we played with her kids. For their kindness and the global experience with them, I give a 5 stars with big pleasure. I highly recommend you to go there. Only 15 min from the city center. Easy to do by walk. And in the front you have a good local restaurant with fair price and nice taste.

The staff were so nice and helpful and the breakfasts were really good. The hotel was clean, the rooms were big and airy, and the facilities were excellent. Also, Arni was really helpful in arranging tours and he let me use his bicycle to cycle into town, whenever I needed to. It was also my birthday during my stay and the hotel organized a little party for me and made me a cake. They are so nice!

The hotel is a little way from the centre of Vang Vieng and the walk along the dusty highway to the centre is not very pleasant at times. However, it is fine by bicycle or, even better, if you rent a motorbike, which the hotel can help with.

Nice, clean hotel and good breakfast. The location is a little outside, but that you know before. It's probably a 15-20min walk along the mainroadinto the city center. however there are restaurants and shops just next to the hotel

Unfor overcharged when paying came up. So spent around 3US more per day (12 in total for 4 days) compared to the price announced on booking. Also, had to change the room after my first night for no obvious reason.

Me and my friend spent just 3days in Vang Vieng - it’s not enough time if you’re a nature lover, explorer and adventurer! However, we managed to take out the most of it with a great help of Andy - very friendly Khampaseuth Hotel manager. He organised the private tours for us to the view point, blue lagoons, caves and kayaking. The hotel itself isn’t in its best shape, but decent for the price you’re paying! Also, it’s a bit further from the center, around 20min walk, which is fine if you want to avoid the noise and crowds.

The hotel was clean and the personnel was very friendly; I even got a bicycle to use (for free) during my stay. There was a big pool at the back where you could see the mountains.

The hotel was somewhat outdated, definitely not a 4-star hotel as in booking.com, I would give max. 2 stars. The location was a bit far from the centre, then again it was walking distance to the bus station (10min) and railway station (30min) and by bike really not a problem.

The location was great, outside of the busy & packed (& more expensive) center of Vang Vieng. Breakfast was simple but amazing. The manager was the absolute best, he helped us with all activities we wanted to do- he even called to a Luang Prabang friend to ask about details for how to book the slowboat. He made our stay in Laos very easy and pleasant. Tip: rent a motorbike 24h 200.000 kip, and drive to the lagoons and mountains from the hotel. You will not regret it.

Andy was exceptional in delivering good service and ensured we had a nice stay at the hotel! He answered to all our query and offeres different services such as motorbike rental, money exchange, tours, and many more. I recommend staying at this hotel since it got everything and will help you do everything you want in Vang Vieng!

The shower's power was too strong or can be improved.

the grounds are lovely, they put a lot of effort into maintaining the grounds with beautiful plants! the breakfast was okay, plenty to choose from and quickly served - drinks are self service and not as much choice. the rooms are sizeable and beds comfy, balcony is a bonus! the pool area is clean and quiet and in the sun all day, staff are very friendly and smiley!

showers are only warm, not hot

It was clean and what is explained in description, not too far from the centre around a 15 minute walk, the pool was very big and clean which is good! The staff were lovely and very helpful with anything we needed
