Cleanliness, roominess, of property, location to the beach, access to swimming pool, balcony and the fact that the unit was updated. Terry from Anna Maria Island Beach Rentals was very accommodating , sent all information prior to our booking and met our all of our needs. I would definitely recommend this property.

There are two sets of stairs going up to the unit so you may want to take this into consideration if you have mobility issues. Also, there are two covered parking spaces, but tricky trying to back out of them if cars are parked in the visitor spaces.

Our unit quite spacious , pool was just right water temperature, basics like towels were plentiful and good quality, fun welcome box of vacation size essentials like dish soap and more. Short walk to the Main Street of shops and restaurants and plentiful beach restaurants. Beach block away and it’s a walk forever option.

Not a complaint but the reality of a one road island requires planning to avoid the long back up time of day.

The property is beautiful and very comfortable! I felt completely at home.

So the one disappointing thing is the kitchen, although it was very clean and looked new, I was disappointed that there were not some items such as salt and pepper (a must!), oil, tin foil, maybe a few key spices like garlic and cinnamon. What is the point of a gorgeous kitchen if these things aren't there? No one will buy these items for a few days stay, most of us are coming from far away. I live in a coastal area and have a rental as well, these items are essential!

Location is excellent. Walking distance to bars, shops and restaurants on Bridge Street. Biking distance to entire island! Location was super convenient.

The rental was roomy and had all the features we needed in the kitchen. It was clean and up keep was mostly good. Heat and AC worked well. Great lighting

Stove had burnt out burner, left front Toilet in master bedroom ran water off and on all day and night Exhaust fan in second bathroom did not work. TV's were difficult to work-too many clickers sometimes cut out Bugs inside kitchen cabinets and bathroom A lot of noisy construction ongoing while we were there in the AM early Electronic digital entry did not work when we arrived with code given to us by email, had to call someone late at night to get into the rental with another code. Bed mattress needs to be replaced has valleys in it. Steps up to second floor at top have loose metal lip which was /is a trip hazard at top of landing, our floor Hot water was slow getting up to our level, had to run a while to get it No on site rental representative, or nearby Did not respond to my email on issues found at property Had a difficult time with booking the rental as somehow two companies got involved with the payment and charged credit card twice.
