I have to say we were pleasantly surprised. I think this hotel was fairly new. It was very clean and modern. We had a small kitchenette is our room which looked like it had never been touched. Very impressed and very pleasing to come to after a 10 hour flight from the UK. A little out of town which didn't matter as we had a car. 10 mins to IMG which is where our son is so that was good. Def stay here again.

I asked for a kettle for my hot water bottle (I am british!!) - they didn't seem to know what I was talking about!!!

Brand new and clean

Need to offer standard toiletries like conditioner and lotion. Not a real breakfast, prepackaged snacks while most other hotels offer warm breakfast.

What I really liked about the property was that the facilities were impeccable. It smells like new. The bed was amazing, as were the sheets, comforter, and pillows — soft and comfortable. Very clean and had a pleasant scent. The hotel is conveniently located next to a Walmart and right across from a car wash, perfect for a beach getaway, making it easy to grab essentials and keep your car clean. Due to the availability of kitchen appliances, I would suggest providing a pot and some utensils for cooking and eating in the room.

Breakfast could be more substantial. Since there were oatmeal packets available, having bowls and hot water would make it easier for guests to enjoy them.

New hotel that is quite clean and neat. Full size frig, and microwave and small kitchen sink are nice amenities. Good walk-in shower. Hotel is next to a Neighborhood Walmart and close to other grocery stores.

Breakfast is minimal and mattress was somewhat too firm for our liking.

Liked the building as well as the room. Everything was clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Loved the mid-sized refrigerator instead of the mini in most hotels. Surprised that it had a stove top. Outside was clean and the landscaping looked great.

You could hear the doors close from my room of the other room doors, but it did subside later in the evening which was great.

Brand new property, everything new and clean, complimentary coffee and snacks every morning, no full breakfast as it says, location safe and close to shops and restaurants, staff is very polite and helpful.

No outside area as courtyard or so, no pool.

It was the best place I have been to yet.The room was nice and big.I got 2 it looks like queen or king size beds.They had breakfast.There was one thing that was ODD alot of the exit signs were close to the floor.

The fact that exit signs were not located where they should be.

Its clean, its new. I love it.

I havent really experience the breakfast, what it looked like. I only got muffin, coffee one time, i think its past bfast time 8:30am, not sure. But im not sure about it.

How clean it was and it's in a very convenient spot right next to Walmart and wawas gas station .

There was nothing to dislike

Friendly staff, convenient location and cleanliness.

No pool, breakfast was only coffee, yogurt, granola bars. Room floor super dusty.
