We absolutely loved staying in this little slice of paradise! We are from Australia and it was me and my mum. We opted to stay here to be away from the hustle and bustle, the constant honking of the cars and India traffic etc. This was a great choice. As soon as we arrived we felt the serenity and silence of the mountains. The mountain view is absolutely breathtaking and definitely a highlight. It’s so quiet at night - you really feel at peace. It’s just a short 5 minute drive from ‘The Lift’ which takes you to Mall Road / The Ridge and all the main attractions. The staff organise your taxi for you and it’s very simple. The staff here are amazing. They really go above and beyond to support you. They are super responsive on WhatsApp - whatever we needed they supported us with including organising our tickets for the toy train to get us on our way back to Delhi. They respond within a minute of messaging and couldn’t be more accommodating. They also have a restaurant nearby which they give you the menu for. You can order from a big selection and the restaurant deliver straight to your room within 20 or so minutes of ordering. We loved Premium View - it’s such a great value for money. We would love to return! The staff and hospitality is some of the best support we have had.

Just note that the some of the premium mountain-view rooms are quite close to the reception so in the mornings after 8/9am you can hear a little bit of noise (phone ringing etc) - so just bring ear buds if you want to sleep in. The bonus of being so close to the reception is you have help and support right at your fingertips!

Excellent room and top quality service. Anything you want, taxi , tourist information, food, heaters etc. Can be provided and organised . Receptionist excellent service responding via WhatsApp. Room as per photo. Superb view. Spotlessly clean and tidy. Located a bit far from the ridge but not a problem by taxi which was negotiated for us.

What did I like? Everything. We spent our honeymoon here. The location was amazing, only 5 minutes from Mall Road, the view was beautiful with monkeys greeting you in the morning outside your window (see photos). The cleanliness was superb. The thing that topped it all off was our hosts, the staff. Nicey who runs this bnb went above and beyond from reccomending places to visit whilst ensuring we got the best value possible as we are foreign travellers. He even booked us tickets when our foreign card wouldn't work. They surprised us on our arrival with a desert to congratulate us on our wedding. We stumbled upon this hidden gem, don't miss out on the opportunity to stay here. We will be back in the future
