Very cute bed and breakfast with lovely garden. Facilities were rustic but clean - only provided towels, bar soap, toothbrush (bring your own hair products). We booked the family room, which has two beds in a loft and two in a main room (requires you to go up and down stairs for the bathroom). Air conditioning was surprisingly strong for cooling a two-level room. My friends who speak Tagalog got along great with the building manager, and she was incredibly nice to us. Had a great dinner at the restaurant that shares the property (it's Italian, run by a young Italian guy). There is a very charming cat, Makiato, who lives on the property and will hang out with you in the lush outdoor spaces.

There were two water shutdowns during our stay, one planned and one unplanned. However, the building manager was very attentive and both times provided us with water buckets from their tank so we could flush our toilet. Dogs barking at night and the occasional bug in the room didn't bother me but may be a concern to some.

This place should be way above its rating on Booking. Firstly, it's great value for money. The room was spacious, the bed comfortable and an ensuite bathroom too. Secondly, there is an excellent in-house pizza restaurant too. The setting, with a lots of greenery around the rooms and restaurant gives the place a calming setting. Above all the staff are great, thank you Matteo, Lissa , Ryan, Rachael and Macchiato the cat and all the others that make it a happy atmosphere. There is an excellent launderette called Blooms not far away, a transport terminal close by and plenty of shops too. You can walk into the centre or take a Jeepney for very little. All in all a good place to stay.

The place is easily accessible even through public transportation. There are nearby coffee shops, convenience stores, etc. The place was homey and spacious. The beds were very comfortable. We also appreciate the pizzeria right outside our door!

We were unsure who to approach for a request late at night. The depth of the steps on the stairs going up the loft are quite narrow.

Cleanliness was good, facilities all in good working order

A little thing really, but nevertheless there was a kettle with cups and saucers but no use for them because no complimentary tea and coffee was provided, Maybe it wasn't included in the price which was very cheap but to have coffee making facilities but no coffee is as frustrating for somebody who smokes cigarettes and has no lighter! (I'm a non smoker by the way,just making a comparison). Host was always available and very kind and helpful

The property is spacious and clean. The staff in the property are very nice and accommodating. Food is delicious. The location is good and very accessible

The misunderstanding about the fees for pets. I actually paid for the fee included in the total amount and the site said I am not gonna be charged extra but was charged still. But aside from that, it was a great experience

The room was comfortable and perfect for a short stay. Super convenient being close to the terminal, it easy to travel around. Plus, there are plenty of dining options nearby, and popular attractions are just a short walk away.

The Wi-Fi connection was decent in the lobby but it was spotty and kinda slow inside the room. I hope they can improve the Wi-Fi for future visits.

Tucked in a quiet street about 150 meters away from the main highway, the place is perfect for intimate gatherings of family & friends. Very accommodating, helpful & friendly hosts, Matteo & Jonie, with an efficient helper/assistant, Ate Gene. There is an adequate kitchen with stove, microwave oven & oven toaster that can be used to cook or reheat food. Plates & utensils are also available for use. The very comfortable family room can accommodate about 8 persons. Clean beddings & towels are provided during the stay. The place is also very near dining & shopping places. There's a big supermarket about 200 meters away. Stores selling 2nd hand or pre-loved clothes, bags & other items are also nearby. Over-all, a relaxing weekend getaway 😊

There were some mosquitoes late afternoon, but were gone after insect repellant was sprayed. Water pressure is a bit weak but just adequate for bathing & washing dishes.

It's a value for money. We really liked our stay especially since it's pet friendly we were able to bring our furbaby with us. Compared to condos, we like this place more because of the ambience.

The bathroom room is hard to close and open. The drainage in the shower is very slow so it's filling it up when using the shower. And the aircon built up an ice late at night so we thought my stuff got wet because of it, but luckily it didn't. Oh and we didn't have flush in the toilet the morning we used the toilet.

Pet friendly. It's an Italian pizzeria and their pizza was delicious! Near to the central of Tagaytay and Helo Cafe. The staff was very accommodating.

There were a lot of dogs from the neighbor. Only 1 car can be parked inside. Luckily, we are the only with the car.

Studio room was a decent size, the bathroom toilet also decent size, hot shower took some working out but ended up all good. Pizzas were excellent and reasonably priced. Breakfast was only Filipino choices but was ok.

The bathroom has no ventilation, it needs to be washed with anti mold
