-Beautiful place, great staff, and delicious food. The cleaning is very good compared to other places I've stayed, and they provide bathrobes, slippers, and cotton buds. The pool is amazing. -The hotel can arrange a scooter rental for you for the whole day for around 100,000 rupiah. They can also arrange your pickup from the port and help you find tickets for your return to Bali. -The rooms are beautiful and comfortable

The rooms are beautiful and comfortable, but due to the surrounding vegetation, you should turn off the lights inside and outside your room between 6 PM and 8 PM. This is to prevent moths and ants from entering. It's also a good idea to bring insect repellent to place outside your room.

Breakfast is typical indo but good and simple. Room is large (very large) and clean. Once again simple but all is there. Pool is definitely a + and site is great too. Nice jungle look. We knew already the hotel from previous visit, so no surprise for us. It is one of our land base in NP.

Not much for this price to be honest. We were there for low season and only one in the hotel for 2 days - that was great. But even though, the staff was kind of absent. All services are good, they improved wifi with repeater device in our room, offered taxi to carry luggages as on bike... Not much too complain about.

Booking this resort was the best part of our stay! It's located away from all the hustle and bustle of the harbour and tourist spots, so it is a tranquil, nature-filled retreat - You can wake up listening to sound of birds! The rooms are huge, well maintained and cleaned daily. For convenience, I recommend arranging pick-up and drop-off to the harbour, as online taxi services aren’t available on the island. Overall, a wonderful choice for a peaceful getaway!

The quality of the service is truly amazing, the staff is friendly and always smiling. The food at the restaurant is tasty. Even with a small kitchen they have a lot of variety and everything is fresh, the cooks do an amazing job

There is some roosters around and the walls aren’t super noise proof, but some earplugs did the trick just fine

The staff were outstanding, the rooms very clean, and the bed and linen was so comfortable. The pool was so lovely and quiet.

The noise of the people in the room next door. While they were not loud the layout of the rooms meant you can hear everything.

The overall cleanliness of the whole place is commendable. Breakfast was tasty and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

Rental of motorbike from the hotel can be improved. The motorbike we rented might not have been eqsy to ride and seemed only done minimal maintenance.

The pool, clean and large with lots of deck chairs. The rooms were large. Walk in shower. Transport available. Food was simple, honest and freshly cooked. Nice spacious grounds in a refreshing rural setting -coconut Grove.

The doors that wouldn't open without a struggle. They had sagged and needed to be lifted to open.

It is a really nice location with a very good structure and we liked the bungalow a lot. The stuff was very friendly and helpful. The pool is great and relaxing with the plants and flowers around. We did rent scooters directly from the hotel which was comfortable and easy , also recommendations what to do. We would love to come again!

The bungalows are really nice and comfortable and clever arranged - only the walls are not strong enough for keeping the noise of the others out. The restaurant is ok but not very flexibel for vegetarians, not fully equipped at the moment (after covid) and the tables were not always clean.
