The initmate and personal feel of the volumous grounds, meticulously-maintained gardens and ornate adjoining chapel was amazing. Additionally, the elegant interior decor and unlimited access to the billiard room added to the unique experiences enjoyed in the property's main house.

We had anticipated a room with large multi-pane windows (as in the hotel's photos) to allow ample sunlight. The room we were issued was large, but was situated partially below ground level, with no walk-out patio, small sliding windows, limited ambient light and no Internet signal. Although we were disappointed with these room-specific aspects, we were very impressed with the property, overall.

The historic site with lots of European design in Chile. Staffs were lovely and professional. Free of charge to use the bike around the area. We were the only 4 guests on the first day which we could have all on our own. The lady who do the wine tasting was very professional and knowledgeable about the winery history. I was recommended to those who love wine.

We did ask for airport pick up service, but the driver was 45 minutes late and with unprofessional manner in approaching.

this was our second stay at Casa Real (Santa Rita). We loved the building and the gardens. Rooms are spacious and nice (we had a suite with a bedroom, sitting room, and outside terrace). Breakfast is excellent; eggs, fresh fruit, bakery goods/bread/croissants/cakes, jams, smoked salmon, cold cuts, juice, yoghurt, whatever you could think of... it's all there. We paid for the dinner separately; it is a lot cheaper that way and it is highly recommended. There is enough variation in the menu to eat there 3 days in a row. It is very nice to get basically any wine you'd like to try with the dinner. It's especially nice to sit on the veranda after dinner and to enjoy the rest of the evening. Very important and helpful for travellers: The hotel allows you to arrive early, i.e. before check-in time) and use the facilities (park, swimming pool with change room/shower, restaurant) and you can also stay longer (i.e. after checkout time) and go for a swim in the pool etc. The hotel even held some of our luggage for us between our first and second stays while we travelled to Patagonia for a week. This was very nice of them and made our trip easier and a lot lighter. Thanks to all the staff for a wonderful stay, they are all very helpful and friendly. I give them 5 stars for how nice the property is and the excellent service.

It was hot in the room with no AC. They tried to bring in a humidifier fan but it barely did anything, so we were uncomfortable sleeping at night. We were also disappointed with the food quality for dinner and breakfast. We were expecting better given the type of hotel.

Beautiful setting of a historic building in a park with century old trees, ponds, fountains, a chapel, and surrounded by vineyards. Birds chirping, otherwise quiet and serene. The room (we had a superior room / suite) was spacious, very high ceilings (5 metres), full windows; updated bathroom, comfortable bed. The food was great, the wine pairings were really good, and the service by all the staff exceptional. We loved it here and just booked again for when we return from Patagonia.

The hotel has to be the best gem of Chili. The historic building and the parc are fantastic. The room is very confortable and big. The service is outstanding, The diner with paired wines is absolutely delicious and fined. The tranquillity, the space, the pool is a perfect luxury gateaway.

Food and drink service by the pool should be considered.

It is a fabulous old building. So many historic features. Creaky floorboards. The staff are superb. Made to feel very welcome on arrival. Nothing too much trouble. Dining room staff lovely. Food excellent. Good breakfast.Hotel guide excellent. Grounds amazing. Wine store and café excellent. Really well laid out and interesting museum . Loved our room with conservatory off it

Some of the furniture was very old and not very comfortable Gym opened very late

This boutique Hotel with a garden to die makes you want to move in. Fantastic food, Fantastic service, in historical surroundings with park and house, placed in vineyard area. Tranquility, food and wine. Possible to bike and walk and take a horse ride. Sitting out in the garden having a coffee became a morning ritual. Wine tastings can be arranged

overall an excellent stay! we took a wine tour, booked through booking.com, which was a great way to learn about the vineyard. we had a complementary bottle of wine waiting for us in the room. the bed was really comfortable and the room got nice and dark for good sleeping. we had an amazing time! breakfast was also very good as well.

the dinner wasn’t the best. it was good! but not quite up to the standards of the rest of the hotel. just a minor gripe

We were there for our honeymoon and everything was perfect! The house where the hotel is located has this amazing architecture of the 19th century. It felt like we traveled back in time. - The garden was amazing. Pool area was great, we just stayed there for hours having a picnic and drinking some wine. - The room was spacious and super clean. - Hotel restaurant was amazing! Great ambiance, delicious food and awesome staff! Raul was the best =) - There were bikes available for a nice ride through the garden and the vineyards! I highly recommend doing that!

We were there during All Saints Day. Museum was closed for almost the whole week (till Thursday). The other two restaurants outside the hotel were also closed. The wine shop closed for two days, and there were no tours available from Monday to Wednesday. I wouldn’t recommend going there during a holiday in case you wanna visit the museum and do the tours.
