The room was spacious, clean and quiet. The beds were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was one of the best I have ever had at hotels. The female staff who works only on Sunday was super helpful with her excellent English language skills and customer service. Thank you!

A swimming pool for families would be nice especially during the hot summer time. The shower/bathtub was quite small that I had a hard time taking a shower. I'm only 5.3 but the tub was pretty small.

Great location as a tourist. The breakfast provided in the room is a good start for the day. There are two good supermarkets right by the hotel and lots of places you can walk to. The bed was very comfortable, room spacious and wifi good. We would definitely stay again.

The only thing I didn't like was that the cleaning staff are so noisy - they yell at each other between rooms and floors and this can be quite noisy. Everything else was great.

Great location and very good apartment. Spacious and clean. Quiet and warm (I was visiting in winter). There is daily breakfast delivered to your room. Mind the weird pricing in Chile. As a tourist, if you pay in dollars, you usually get a much better deal. It's all explained on hotel's website but I somehow missed it. Here you could pay by CARD in dollars instead of the local currency, which was a plus. Kitchen had all amenities I needed and living room was big.

I would really appreciate small salt and pepper packets in the kitchen. It's difficult to carry when traveling, doesn't cost much, but would add a lot to the comfort.

Reaching the location - garage entrance - extremly difficult, we did not get any description to that and two different navigations were not able to guide us properly. The breakfast - could be really better for this price.

Great location in the heart of Santiago, very close to subway, 400 meters from La Moneda, 500 m from Los Heroes airport bus. Many restaurants, stores, and vendors nearby. Rooms on 19th to 22nd floors, with fast express elevators. Nice little suites with kitchenette. Cold breakfast items delivered to your room the day before.

Desk clerk was adamant about 3:00 check-in, despite many empty rooms, until overruled by manager who let people waiting in lobby check in 40 minutes early. Small bathroom. Maintenance of rooms only fair.

Great location close to the centre, though this made it a bit quiet on the weekend. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Room was a strange shape (but spacious), breakfast was delivered the afternoon before! It was rather basic too.

Clean room with a kitchen. Shower is good. Wifi is strong. 2 supermarkets at the basement. Close to metro and bus stops. Lots of restaurants around here.

Taxi driver have problem looking for this place at night. Hotel is in a gated pedestrian vicinity with a few tall buildings and Entel Tower.

It’s in a great location. Right down town in the middle of everything. uber from and to the airport was super easy. I was on the 21st floor with an Awesome view of the sunset over the city. Breakfast was simple but very nice. Bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was well appointed. It’s a very good value in down town Santiago. Do it.

Very nice and comfortable place, close to metro.

Not all the rooms are the same. Some are very good, another very noisy because of some huge ventilation fans installed on one side of the building. The noisy ones are incomfortable and not worth of staying there. There is no way to choose a room in advance. The staff is friendly and they offered to change a room (I had to do it twice!), but unfortunately changes are subjected to availability.

Great location, it is very close to all main sights of Santiago, staff was absolutely remarkable, at our check in the lady gave us for our honeymoon journey a comfortable room and at our check out staff was kind to keep and store all our luggage for all day. Another treat was to receive a breakfast box in our room. No doubts I would recommend this hotel for your stay in Santiago del Chile, by the way Santiago is an amazing people, and Chileans are super cool, we fell in love with this country.
