Was great, the stuff really helpfull, and they prepare breakfast for you even at 4am!! The location is in one of the "must visit" special streets of Santiago.

It`s not neccesarily bad, but my room had no windows so it felt a bit strange to have no natural light. But great besides that!

It felt like at home. The room was really nice and comfortable. The jacuzzi was amazing! We loved it!

Couple from Germany not Bolivia For a 4 star hotel you don't get fresh breakfast... You get the breakfast in packages. I expected more for this price. But you could eat on your bed. We wanted to store a bag of our stuff in the hotel until we returne again to Santiago, but it was not possible. Now we store it in a small habitation, because they are offering this service. The service which a 4 star hotel is not able to over. Due too Christmas I was in front of a locked door (25th), because they opened later. The question which I had regarding arriving time etc. which I send on the 24th of December get no responses, too. Which means I was alone in front of a locked door. Also they have 2 hotels with the same name so I arrived at first at the wrong place, too .. no taxi knows it either!

The location is perfect, central and close to the metro station. The facilities are clean, beautiful, inside a very well-maintained historic building. The staff is also very competent, kind and helpful. I would definitely stay there again.

The only thing I would point out as an improvement would be the Wi-Fi signal. In the room I was in, the Wi-Fi signal was weak or intermittent.

Lovely area - very central, but a bit secluded as well, away from the big roads and traffic. The hotel itself is really pretty, a nice mix of old and new. Bright and spacious room, great bed. The receptionists were so kind and helpful, and patient with us, even though we speak minimal Spanish.

Almost no hot water in the shower, some noise from the bar across the street, no elevator. Would have loved some proper coffee in the morning, not just the instant powder stuff.

I can’t remember if it mention no lifts on facilities. I had a heavy suitcase. Staff helped me carried it up the stairs to my room. I found this health and safety issues for guests and staff. This stair well is narrow and one can easily slip/ miss place footing, taking a tumble down with heavy suitcase.

From arrival the staff were friendly, helpful, efficient and professional. Anything we asked for, from hairdryer to taxi, was provided quickly and without fuss. Simple breakfast but variety was provided over the 3 days. It could be taken in your room or in the small breakfasting room. Location was ideal - relaxed local area with ample amenities and only a 15 minute walk to the heart of the city. We would happily stay here again.

The only unexpected thing was the lack of a window to outside in the room however this was compensated for by being extremely quiet and we got a great sleep! Sachets of instant coffee were provided rather than brewed coffee.

The staff was absolutely lovely and made our stay super confortable ! I insist on that because I think it makes up for the small negative things we noticed ;) they were very accommodating with breakfast time, we could choose to have it in out room or in the small dinning room. They also offer a laundry service and that is always very welcome when it's needed! They did it quick and for a good price :) The hotel is in a perfect, central location. Close to parks, plaza de armas and lively downtown streets.

Unfortunately old buildings in Santiago seem not to have a lot of windows, so our bedroom didn't have any. It can be a little uncomfortable not to have natural light or even be able to open up to air out the room. Same with the bathroom: no window and it was tiny. Apart from that, there is nothing else to complain about :)

What an absolute delight this hotel is! And the neighborhood is beautiful! We only stayed 1 night but we loved everything in our short stay. We also appreciated the choice of having breakfast in our room or the dining room as we had a fairly early departure. Would have loved to stay longer.

Good location. Charming old building on a charming old street. Nice decor. Lovely staff.

Breakfast is delivered to your room on a tray. You only get to choose the time and your hot beverage (tea or instant coffee) . The rest comes ‘as is’ and it’s pretty basic and the portions are small. The wifi isn’t at all good. Our room faced the street which has a bar opposite. The noise didn’t bother us too much although we could have done without it.

This was a great find. A lovely old style hotel with a large comfortable room, a great size bathroom with a jacuzzi bath and fabulous shower. The staff were excellent and couldnt have been more helpful although it did help having a little Spanish. Breakfast was continental but really nice with as much coffee as you wanted. Location was great too as easy to walk around the city from the hotel. Lots of little bars and a fab Bistro nearby, Londres 45. Would definitely stay there again.
