Very good hotel in an excellent location, on a pedestrianized street and only 15 min walk to Plaza de Armas. The rooms are a little dated but there seems to be a lot of upgrading ongoing throughout the hotel. Breakfast is plentiful with a large selection of food. The staff are friendly and extremely helpful. I will be forever grateful to Carolina Boza, who took me under her wing and organized with the hotel manager, Pablo Novoa, to allow me stay in the hotel, feed me and gave me a stiff whiskey, even though I was unable to pay for my reservation after my Credit & Revolut cards were skimmed by a taxi from Santiago Airport. This happened because the transfer I had booked and paid for through Bookings.Com abandoned me at the airport because my flight was delayed. Thank you so much Carolina.

Great value for money, a spacious suite with separate living area & even small kitchenette. Staff were lovely, even carrying my luggage down the road to the taxi (see below). Breakfast very good - a buffet with all the usuals plus lots of pastries, biscuits and cakes which were delicious.

Slightly odd set up. Reception is on 10th floor, with the restaurants and bar one floor up. These all look really smart. But the bedrooms are on the lower levels, and these floors seem to be a mix of hotel rooms, private apartments and even some businesses. These corridors are very run down and don’t give a good impression - basically bare concrete walls. Once inside the rooms, it’s fine, but it is a bit off putting. Also the hotel entrance is off a pedestrianised street so taxis can’t drop you outside and you have to walk from the nearby intersection. The area was dead on Saturday night & all day Sunday, and looked & felt pretty run down. But come Monday it was lovely & bustling and felt quite safe.

I stayed in two separate rooms. The first room had issues with the AC and the shower. The second was significantly nicer. I didn't like that there was no places to eat after 8 pm. I had a late flight so by the time I was at the hotel all restaurants around had closed for the day. I ended up walking around at midnight to find a mini market, and I did but I am a single female and it was scary. I made it back ok though.

Location is great if u r looking to see historic past Of the city. It’s walking distance to all major points of the city Reception staff member Caroline was very very helpful

Property remembered the 4star rating. Anyway it was perfect for one night stay on the way to and back from Buenos Aires. Both times we left early before breakfast started. I requested if we can switch the breakfast to the day of arrival- we were there @9am- but was told can’t be done. We got breakfast to go first time, but didn’t get on the second stay even though I sent email 2 days prior letting them know that we’ll arrive around midnight and leave by 6am. It will be nice if mgmt of the hotel would be more flexible

The location is very good, in the center and close to everything famous in the city. The breakfast was very good; there was a good choice for everyone. The room is spacious, like a small apartment, and has a kitchen. The staff is very friendly and kind. They allowed us to leave a lot of suitcases that we had with us and a bicycle for free from check-out until the evening because we had an evening flight.

The third bed was a sofa bed which is quite hard to sleep on. It would have been good if they had put a mattress over it.

GREAT location! Quiet room despite being on a pedestrian walkway. Our room was a spacious apartment but we didn’t use the kitchen, too many great empanada places! Lots of good food around the hotel, it’s only a few blocks from Plaza Armas and just all around great location. Breakfast was decent, wide range of offerings. We’d stay here again on our return to Santiago, location alone! Nice bed was a plus.

No indication you must go to the tenth floor for reception, better signage perhaps? We luckily had a man direct us to the elevator and told us tenth floor.

Nice hotel in a perfect location in central Santiago. Walking distance to all tourist attractions. Yes, it's a bit tired and needs some work, but the staff are wonderfully kind and welcoming. Breakfast was good, and the area felt safe. We would stay here again, despite it not being luxurious. Great value for money!

No extractor fan in the bathroom. It's in need of a bit of an update. Perhaps not 4* international standards, but the price paid matches that.

I would love more guest oriented approach vs scheduled rules We we’re leaving at 4:30 am and requested in advance opportunity to switch the breakfast to the day of arrival, since we got to the hotel at 9am - no extra steps were taken Just short answer can’t be done Also early checking wasn’t possible Again rules of checking time were cited I’m sure there were other guests like us who left early morning I’m sure could’ve been offered like anywhere else in the world we had stayed.

The staff was very nice and the property is located at the heart of Santiago, which might be not so good as everything around opens quite late and closes early, so the neighborhood is quite empty at night or weekends. The breakfast is good with several options, highlight for the sweets, the beds are extremely comfortable and very large!

The property is a bit old and this reflects on the rooms, as you can see on the bathroom or air conditioner for example. Also, the neighborhood is very very empty during the weekends, although there is 1 mall near that stays open.

I'm very satisifed of my stay at this hotel: the room was comfy and equipped with A/C, directly in the city centre, within walking distance of monuments. Breakfast was excellent, extremely varied with several sweet and salty choices. A Banco Sandander ATM is directly on the side of the hotel entrance, which I really appreciated. The staff was very helpful and called a taxi for me without hesitation.

The room is double, but maybe is quite small in case fo two people. It was perfect for me.
