Location is close to waking distance to center and all good restaurants. Don't expect a lot.

Breakfast is the same every morning as the forget lunch bag. If you are living the hotel early, the morning is terrible .

The location is very central . Good size comfy room with light and a comfy double bed. The rooms are relatively modern. The Internet was good too. The staff was kind and helpful.

The breakfast was extremely limited for a hotel of this category (it was more of a hostel style breakfast offering only bread, ham& cheese, eggs, some bakery ).. Not even mentioning options for anyone with specific dietary requirements (e.g vegan, celiac, etc). I'd strongly recommend improving on this , providing some more fruits, salads, etc.

We selected hotel NovaPark based on it's location. It turned out to be a very good call as everything is close by, including public transport and subway. Most major tourist locations in the city of Santiago is actually within walking distance of the hotel. Hotel provided a very good breakfast included in the cost, which is a bonus.

The area after sundown is a trifle unsafe. It is not a huge problem but one needs to be extra alert. We were advised by multiple shopkeepers and law abiding citizens not display our cells and wallets.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, we could check in earlier than mentioned, because I was travelling with my 76-year old auntie and she had a very long trip from Europe to Chile alone and really needed to rest. The rooms were very clean, good beds and the hotel has a very hip style and nice atmosphere. I felt at home there as a guest.

I didn't like it that we couldn't make our own coffee or tea in the room and there wasn't any roomservice either. When I asked for a small teapot to bring hot water to the room myself, they didn't have any. So I had to walk with open cups to the room from the kitchen downstairs to our room on the 3rd floor. I suggest the hotel to have a couple of tea cans available for guests or have fridges and watercookers in the rooms. I don't expect a full kitchen in a hotel ofcourse, but just a small fridge and a watercooker would be great. If you don't have that, you should offer roomservice.

The room was modern, very clean, and the bed and pillows were really comfortable. The breakfast was fantastic, I love the buffet style, it's nice to load up on food for the day. Location is good, quiet, not near a main thoroughfare.

The shower didn't have anywhere to place shampoo and soap. There were no washclothes, just hand towels and large towels. The water in the shower didn't get much more than lukewarm. The desk didn't have a chair.

This hotel has an excellent location! It’s walking distance to many of the historic sites and also close to many restaurants. The Lastarria area and Cerro Santa Lucia are both just a few minutes walk away. The property is on a quiet side street, so there’s no street noise. We did not feel unsafe walking the half block from the main street to the hotel. The most impressive and appreciated aspect about the hotel is the staff. They were friendly and welcoming and went above and beyond our expectations in terms of customer service.

Fabulous location and made my additional day in Santiago worth every minute. The staff were very helpful, spoke English and made my short stay wonderful. I was a short walk to a number of interesting locations, and I felt quite safe. I

I cannot imagine that I would want for anything else. It was interestng to stay in a hotel room that had virtually no furnishing except for a bed, but I loved it.

The hotel is clean, modern, and renovated. The free breakfast is plentiful and delicious. Great value for the money I paid for my 3-night stay.

The location is in a very central area which is great but the actual street where the hotel is is dark at night with peddlers which makes it feel unsafe at night.

Need to be less stingy with the air conditioning in my opinion. It wouldn’t maintain less than 24 when sleeping regardless of where you set it. I believe this is intentional, like internet throttling. I even had maintenance check it out. When I pay for AC, I expect to be able to use it at my own discretion. If I had understood that I wouldn’t be able to control my room temp, I probably would have made another choice which I did on my next trip. Also there was a loud party all night a few doors down that they didn’t shut down even after I mentioned it to the desk clerk. i really hate to have to report theses things because otherwise it was a great stay with outstanding service and experiences. The other reviewers don’t seem to have issues so I assume most people will be satisfied.

The room was really big and spacious. It was cleaned everyday and they were flexible with our request. They gave us good advice for local laundry options since the hotel doesn't have any facilities.

We reported a fault with the air con which was leaking a lot of water, unfortunately it was never looked at in the remaining 3 days of our stay. The air con dripped all night which was disturbing while sleeping even when it was off. It leaked lots of water on the desk which could've been really bad if we had left electronics/valuables on the table.
