I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The location was convenient, the staff was friendly, and the breakfast was good. The hotel was also a good value for the price. The hotel is located near the Los Heroes metro station, which is a major transportation hub. This makes it easy to get around the city. The Centropuerto bus, which goes to the airport, also stops at Los Heroes station. I stayed in a standard room. It comfortable. The room had a TV, a desk, and a private bathroom. The breakfast was good. There was a variety of options to choose from, including bacon, toast, fruit, milk and yogurt. . I would recommend it to anyone looking for an affordable place to stay in Santiago.

Communication was difficult because the staff member really spoke English. to be fair for a one or two night stay it was great. I stayed four nights and I am 86 years old, the rooms are small. There’s no hold bars and I would not recommend it for seniors that have any stability issues it was clean and a great value

It's a tourist class hotel. From this perspective, it's a perfect place: good value for the money, perfect location (walking distance for La Moneda) and secure. The room had an electric heater and fan. Highly recommended.

The accustics of the room is terrible: You hear your neighbours. The breakfast needs some improvement..

Good and friendly staffs, excellent location, just 6-10 minutes walk to Los Héroes(Metro station and the airport bus stop) and from here you can walk to visit many famous places of Santiago(for example; Plaza de Armas, Palace de​ ​La Modena, Catedral Metropolitana), reasonable price.

I stayed in room 36. Room was clean. Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was plentiful continental. Great location jst off the main roads. Nearby to tourist attractions. I would stay there again.

I came to the Sahara Inn after a long horse ride in the Atacama. I had a bad knee injury and was grateful for a few days' rest. The receptionist went out of her way to be helpful, including when the driver for Uber Eats scammed me for $21.00 worth of ordered food. She heated up a sandwich (which was for breakfast) and gave me yogurt so that i didn't have to go to bed hungry. While I was never able to get health care (the hospitals were overwhelmed with people) the staff were kind, and very helpful. There were plenty of small stores and a pharmacy right around the corner so I was well stocked. Reception staff were always there to call a taxi, help with luggage, all of it. Very attentive and kind. Much appreciated.

The rooms are quite small, and the bathroom is tiny. The good news is that the closet took most of my gear so I didn't trip on it. If you tend to be a large person the bathroom, at least in my room, could be an issue.

The location: it is very close to some parks and restaurants and to La moneda, Alameda and Bellas Artes. It is very cheap compared with other accommodations. Includes breakfast.

Good location, near the centre, friendly personal but nobody could speak english (the booking information said that they speak english). Breakfast was toast, joghurt, cheese and ham, cake.

The location. The staff was very kind. I woke up late for breakfast but they gave me some sandwiches anyways.

The checkin is a little late, my flight arrived 8 an and I had to wait until 2 pm for the room. And most of the places in Chile charged extra me for using a abroad credit card.

No one speaks any English making communication difficult since I speak only rudimentary Spanish.
