They offer small buffet breakfast with some fruits, cheese and meet - enough to fill you up for half a day. The staff is friendly except one guy who asked for the help with our lost luggage said "it is your problem" the prpoerty offers little pool and is surrounded by palms and hibiscus flowers. They offer reliable internet connection.

Keep in mind that property is located on the hill, some 2 kms from the nice beach. You will walk more than half an hour unless you will use free microbus operating every two hours or so. See the timetable in the reception. Near the beach you will find supermatket, money exchange ant tourist agency..

I had a fantastic stay! The warm, family-like atmosphere made me feel truly welcome. The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly, always available when I needed anything. I really appreciated their flexibility, which made my stay smooth and stress-free. The property is perfect for anyone who enjoys exploring — it's close to Casela Nature Park, as well as the amenities, restaurants, and beach at Flic en Flac. I enjoyed walking there on my own (around 20 minutes) but there's also a free shuttle service, which is a great option. There are also plenty of facilities on-site, so there's always something to do. Internet was really good, especially if someone needs to work remotely. Highly recommended for solo travelers looking for a comfortable, supportive, and well-located place to stay!

The only downside was that, although there is a quiet time policy after 10 PM, a few guests were still quite noisy at night. It would be great if this rule were enforced more consistently.

My first international trip! Was a little sceptical about the location of the place, The great hospitality changed my perception.. It's a family run place and guests are equally treated as family! Gima and Jessica are truly great hosts! Great sunset view! If you want peace and quiet, away from the beach crowd, def a place to go! A nice shuttle system is arranged for people with no self transport with regulated timings. HOWEVER host Jessica and Gima arose above and beyond to ensure we came back safely due to the shuttle miscommunication. Great love and support during my injury. The scuba diving suggestion was a big hit and I am thankful to Gima ji Above all, Riding a bicycle after years, made this more nostalgic and the presence of it was what surprised us! Would def visit again!

Increased food options in Veg.. The twin bed gap kept widening which was disturbing. Would suggest to move the large sofa bed with a smaller one, to get more space

Very nice big room featuring even kitchen - what a nice surprise! Huge comfortable bed, two pools, one whirlpool, amazing breakfast (best pancakes I had on the whole island incl 5* resorts!!!).

Too far away from the beach, at least 30 mins of very quick (and not particularly nice) uphill tropical walk back to the hotel. They do provide free shuttle car, alas the driver seems not to be 100% safe (especially while overtaking) and the service terminates at around 6.30 PM so after the dinner (there is no restaurant in the hotel nor nearby) you have to walk up anyway:-)

A very pleasant property in Flic-en-Flac, a bit far from the beach and restaurants, but the owners offer a shuttle service, so it's better to rent a car. The staff was always smiling, friendly, and helpful every day. The room was nice, simple, but clean. The breakfasts were simple but not repetitive, which was great because there was something different every day in terms of hot dishes. You could always order a different type of eggs for breakfast, and the ability to squeeze fresh orange juice was invaluable. Housekeeping is available upon request; just leave the keys in the basket at the reception and your room will be cleaned. The view from the balcony was amazing, with beautiful sunsets. Overall, they offer excellent value for money.

The only thing that needs fixing is the poor water flow in the sink—it was difficult to use.

Bathroom could have been a little cleaner/had ventilation - there were drain flies everywhere. One of the evenings, I had asked for the shuttle at the scheduled time of 6.45 as written in reception - no one showed up until I called and I was waiting on the side of the road in the dark for almost 30mins.

Theyhave put plastic portacabin for bath which is too small and one cannot take bath easily. Soap falls many times due to narrowness. Soap bar keeping stand not there in bath cabin. Soap dispenser should be there. Staff is not good. Driver is arrogant. I wanted sauce from reception to have with lunch. He did not ask how much sauce I will take. I knpw that they don't provide lunch. He just put 1 spoon and fled. He did not have courtsey to ask his guests. Property does not provide lunch or dinner. But the owner lady is good.

Good price-value ratio. There is a parking space for around 5 cars. Room cleaning is possible upon request (not automatically). Nice garden with pool and sauna. The staff is nice.

The breakfast is really similar every day. You need to ask for the food if it's out, because the staff is not reloading it very often. It is too loud, because you can hear everyting (people are walking and talking in the corridor). You can smell the cigarettes inside the room WTF. It is far from the beach, but transfer is available.

I would like to take a moment to express my gratitude for the pleasant experience I had during my recent stay at your Tourist Residence. The main purpose of my visit was to attend an event, and I was pleased to find that the venue met my expectations. A special thank you to Vitasha for the quick check-in and the informative introduction. Your efforts to ensure a smooth arrival were greatly appreciated. I enjoyed the breakfast, although I would like to suggest placing the toaster machine in a more accessible location. While I managed, it could be inconvenience for others. Overall, I had a lovely stay and will certainly consider returning in case I have future events in the vicinity or if I have some plans. It is within a safe environment. Thank you once again for your hospitality.

From greeting to check out I felt this was a great friendly stay. The service in the rooms was consistent and clean. We stayed in room 2 by the smaller pool that allowed us to cool off on the small deck. They offer a wonderful shuttle to a beautiful beach and to Cascavelle mall which we enjoyed several times under the careful driving skills that was friendly. The young check in lady offered tours which we opted out of in favour of local contact by taking buses to Port Louis and also Baie du CAP which can do a La Morne which she assisted with where to catch and pricing. Be Careful walking as there are narrow shoulders . If you get off the bus it was easy to wave down your local bus that will have a conductor determine your cost depending on the length of your trip. Last but not least, the breakfast was varied daily but consistent in coffee, teas, cereals and yoghurt with bread and condiments. Order your eggs add your cheese and put some bacon( ham) or chicken sliced meat. Variations between chips, samosas, empanadas breaded vegetables and sweet rolls. Beautiful fresh apples bananas so sweet that when they offer crepes you have to have two…so my husband says. Topped of with freshly juiced orange juice. Wonderful service, wonderful staff and a wonderful way to start of unwinding prior to several intense business trips coming up. Don’t second guess yourselves because this is priced so well. It is easy to see why people stay a week and longer.On a note-They are doing renovations to keep up with the quality to which I speak of but there is plenty of time to miss the comings and going’s of the workers as it warms up get breakfast and get exploring. This stay was booked through booking. com which offered us a fabulous fare rate to and from the airport. We felt no need to rent a car. We used our little kitchen for salads and chicken that we purchased at Jumbo. Lots of dishes and cutlery. We used the fridge and made ice cubes. Water is drinkable &great wifi great place.

A note -not of things not liked -but maybe an addition to be more Green, such as a water cooler to help with the reduction of plastics in the island and encourage refilling a thermos.
