Amazing customer service, nothing too much trouble. Picked us up from the port and dropped us back when leaving. So friendly and accommodating staff. Location is just great, 50m to lovely beach with restaurants overlooking the sand. We had joining rooms and lots of space.

It wasn’t that we didn’t like it and it’s no reason not to book but you just need to make sure you study the pics so you are not surprised by the decor. It is very much a hotel that has not changed in the last 30 years. The bathroom in particular was small and essentially a wet room as water went everywhere. As said though the pictures are accurate and whilst the building might be dated the customer service etc is as good as you would get in any boutique hotel and at half the cost. For us staying 3 nights it was more than worth the saving

Amazing staff that made you feel so welcome. They gave us breakfast on arrival and provided us with towels for the pool until our room was ready. The staff can't do enough for you. They are so kind and go out of their way to ensure you have a lovely experience. It really makes all the difference. Rooms were great, with lovely thoughtful additions, like a welcome bottle of wine and home made lavender pouches with the towels. One room had a huge balcony with sun loungers and a hot tub, which was an amazing surprise. Would definitely recommend and stay again

Everything. The hotel is comfortable. Breakfast and meals are very good and reasonable. Location is amazing for people with young children. Vari beach superb for swimming and so clean. There are good restaurants on the beach. Staff at hotell 10/10. They can collect and take you for transfers to port. Amazing service. Bus stop 2 minutes walk from hotel. Great service to town and surrounding port. We loved Syros and were sad to leave. Wish had had given longer to staying in this hotel. Staff amazing. Thank you so much for making our stay wonderful 💗

Absolutely loved everything about my stay here, wished I could have stayed longer. Katarina and Georgios could not have been kinder more attentive hosts, the best ever in all my travels. The room was gorgeous with wrap balcony with pool and sea view. Very comfortable bed and pillows and with the sweetest, thoughtful touches, a complimentary large cold bottle of water in the fridge and bottle of local wine awaits and little lavender pouches on the bed. They both collected and dropped me off to and from the port free of charge and gave lots of useful and helpful tips on what to do during my stay. The hotel is situated in a small bay with crystal clear shallow waters protected from the wind with local friendly bars and restaurants. The hotel arranged for loungers here to be free with just drinks and food to pay for. The breakfast was immense and also free, yoghurt, fruit, granola, pasties, cakes, breads, cheese, meats, preserves, tea, coffee, juice and eggs of any kind made to order. Loved my stay here, cannot recommend highly enough and wish my stay was longer to discover more of this beautiful island and the spectacular buildings of the main town at the port also. No ATM access close to hotel. This would be a handy addition in the locality.

Katerina was so helpful she provided so much information about the island and ensured our stay was a brilliant experience. Transfers were provided to the town and to the port with no payment excepected. The location is a bit quite and a bit away from the town but the bus stop is close so the town is accessible. If you are looking for somewhere peaceful it would be a great place to stay with a number of options for food and drink. We were also given an upgrade due to availability so we had an amazing view of the sea from our balcony. Taxi was only €12-14 to town if needed.

Thank you, Katerina and all the team! They welcomed us very warmly and nicely. Helpful for everything! And surprised by upgrading our room to a sea view which was so amazing! And one bottle of local wine was also waiting for us in the room. The room was very comfortable, big, and clean. Open buffet breakfast with a daily variety of options was delicious. The beautiful Vari beach is just in front. The bus stop is also 1 min. walking distance. They made us feel at home. A very relaxed and chill atmosphere overall. The sandy organized beach with the crystal clear refreshing sea is still in our mind. The hotel is just 15 min away from the city center. Thank you again Katerina for making this holiday unforgettable!

The staff are amazing, Katerina particularly went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had what we needed, she talked us through the island, sights, things we could do and other reccommendations as well as answered any questions we had. We could not thank her enough for making our stay so special. The location is fantastic, a beautiful beach just outside the door, beach front restaurants to choose from as well as the hotel providing a menu, convenient bus routes connecting to different parts of the island. Due to our ferry time being early in the morning, the bus would not have got us there on time, so the owner dropped us off at the port and made sure we arrived on time, the staff went above and beyond to make our stay perfect.

The staff were exceptional, collected us from the port and dropped us back again at the end of our stay. They couldn’t do enough for us. The location is right on a beautiful beach with bars and restaurants. You can get a bus to the main town which takes 15 minutes right outside the property.

The bay is absolutely stunning and the family could not do enough to make our stay perfect. We had the pool to ourselves for most of the duration, which was an extra bonus. The beach is literally on your doorstep and there are some excellent restaurants surrounding the bay.
