Perfect accommodation for our last minute ski trip. Very close to the ski lift and ski hire facility. Giselle was extremely friendly and helpful, despite the language barrier! We especially enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub, steam and sauna after a day on the slopes. Everything was very clean and all the little things were super cute and a great touch like little tealights being lit for us next to the hot tub. The bar and restaurant were also great- good food and friendly staff. Highly recommend. The location was fantastic. You could either walk 1 minute to the slopes of La Giettaz and ski that part of the mountain or ski down to Megeve Jaillet and get the bus across to the rest of the Mont Blanc Ski Domaine. Just be aware of the time to catch the last lift back over. A couple of days we drove directly to Megeve and parked in the Mont D’Arbois covered parking which was great value and allowed for more time on the slopes and access to Megeve itself

Be aware of the time to catch the last lift back over to the La Giettaz side of the mountain! Our room was quite small for 3 rather tall people but we got what we were expecting. The staff were fantastic and showed us our other options when we asked about going back.

Located in front of the ski tracks and in the heart of the village. The hotel has mostly apartments which are well suited for families up to 6 persons . The rooms are small but the kitchen is big enough for 5 or 6 persons to have lunch or dinner . The TV set is a 20 » one so very small and no foreign channels are available. The apartments have a small balcony. The WiFi is quite slow but available in all rooms. There is even a mini washing machine in the apartment. There is no lift so if you have heavy luggage or some mobility issues this hotel may nit be suitable for you. Otherwise the free jacuzzi and hamaml and sauna is great and clean . The parking is free . Breakfast costs 10€ per person in the restaurant called Datcha. All in all it’s a very good value for money located in a very calm small village .

We were 3 families (12 people) in two convivial apartments, with well-equipped kitchens. We really enjoyed this calm location in the small village of le Plan, which is as far as it gets from the mass skiing industry of Clusaz, Megeve, etc. You have a direct view to the ski-lift from the room - never ever did we enjoy such proximity to the skiing & hiking trails. The spa (sauna, hammam & jacuzzi) was nice (though a bit small for all the 12 at the same time, but we took turns). Reserve early, for it's popular (and open to people not residing there). Hot showers - and even a jacuzzi in a bedroom (!? never tried that). Our hosts were very friendly and accommodating (Merci, Giselle!) - including at the associated restaurant which we visited quite often (local specialties - great raclette & fondue cheese). Local products can be purchased at the reception. We had self-catered breakfast (albeit the restaurant offers it for 10 euros/person) - reserve your bread at the snack bar, there is no other bakery in Le Plan.

We wanted a convivial place, and we had it, but it's a bit too convivial for those two who have to sleep in the living room - the apartment for 8 persons is best rented for 6, and the two living room beds used as sofas. Luckily we had teenagers who could not care less. Kitchen furniture was ok - except for the blunt knives... no risk on injury ;-) The waiter at the restaurant is often overwhelmed and may mix things up... it's a small team and good food, so be patient!

The spa was way better than expected! There is a whirpool, sauna, hammam, and a relaxation room, plus showers. All nicely done. Sure, not large, but not just an alibi, definitely better than expected and seen in other places

The breakfast was a bit mediocre, the croissons were freshly baked but were still doughy inside. Happens, but could be improved.

Great location with restaurant in the same building, lots of room for a family (though I was alone), very nice décor, very congenial host and chef in the restaurant, excellent kitchen

The host did not reply to my emails but once on site she was quite responsive.

the staff, basically a one woman army Giselle is so pleasant, attentive and simply wonderful. The location is unbeatable especially if you are looking for an authentic place close to ski lifts, away from commercial crowds. the restaurant staff were also very friendly pleasant and the food was excellent. I am already planning to go back there again.

It is more like a villa, the owner lives in the same building and manages reception, cleaning, spa and other activities

fab location for walking, exploring trails. At days end come back and use the spa, sauna, haman in basement. All can be booked exclusively -free.
