Layout of the apartment!?

Heat from AC! We stayed in December!! When we booked we asked to make warm in the rooms! Somebody expected us with the keys in front of the building with the card from the room in his poket! I The temperature in the ap was 15* degree After 14 hours we had 21 and 3 AC going . Very cold. tiles everywhere. Don't park near the building! Park in the parking area. A lot of restaurants.. and very crowded in the evening. You risk to find the car scratched!

The studio is very modern. It has all utensils that you need for short and long stay. It is 20m from the beach and from the best beach bar Fame in Perea. I like that AC was in good position in room, the matress was very comfortable and small kitchen was very well equiped. The host was very polite and helpful.

The terrace is on the road. And you cant sleep with open balcony door, because it is at the road. They planted the tree, it will be great when the view from the street is hidden.

The location, facilities and owner were perfect for a carefree stay in Greece. The shops and restaurants were perfect. The beach is on your doorstep. Fresh food in all the local shops.

Comfortable 2-room apartment close to the beach and restaurants, supermarket, bus stop to visit Thessaloniki. If you need to cook for some reason, the kitchen although small has sufficient equipment for simple dishes. Air conditioning has "heating" option for cold days/nights. Clean and nice. Good Wi-Fi even for streaming, I think Amazon Video was for free on my TV at least.

Best place to spend a prefect vacation. Two minutes walk to the beach. One minute to the first restaurant. Five minutes to the quay if you want a cruise. Very good air condition unit and fridge. Kostas is a charming person always ready to help.

It was only 6 nights

Everything was excellent. The property is very close to the sea. The room is big, with all facilities which need to comfort stay at the property. The bathroom is comfort and full with facilities as well as the kitchen. The host, Mr. Kostas is very kind gentleman and he is ready to make everything to help guests feel comfortable at Eantos Studios and Suites. There is very fast free Wi-Fi. Also there is a free parking on the front of the property, The area is full with local restaurants and taverns with very good and delicious sea food. Also not expensive. Very close to the airport and city of Thessaloniki. I recommended this place.

Everything was so good. There is nothing to say that I didn't like. I was there for two nights and it was so good experience. I strongly recommended this place. The property is very good and the host was very kind.

We liked everything about Eantos Studios. The location could not have been better, the studio was new and modern. It was equipped with almost everything we needed. A safe would have been a great addition so that we didn't have to bring our passports and valuables with us all the time. Maybe there was one available in the office, but we didn't think to ask. It was spotlessly clean, and Kostas was so helpful and pleasant to deal with.

We have no negative remarks to make.

Host is very polite, was on time when we arrived, with the keys. He showed us around and helped us park the car. All questions and demands were answered fast. Each day a lady cleans the room. There is dedicated parking near the property, which is very important in Perea.

The dedicated parking's entrance has a high point and my car is a bit low, but still with the host's help I managed to enter with no issues.

Lovely place near the beach. It was clean and confortable. Restaurants were also very close and people were friendly. You can always choose to stay and relax or listening live music and party.

Wonderful location, close to beach and bars. Quiet on an evening and view of the sea from balcony. Lovely and attentive host. Very clean apartment.

Only had a mirror in the bathroom, could do with a full length one in the hall. Was also missing some basic kitchen bits like sugar, salt, coffee filters for the machine. However it smelled of paint so I think maybe we were the first people in after renovation? Could also do with a washing machine or access to one.
