The location was amazing, right next to the beach and near the port. The facilities were great including the pool and coffee machine in the lobby.

Only having 1 key to the property was a slight issue but very minor.

Fab swimming pool and large rooms. The hospitality of the owners was great. They really went out their way for us even dropping us at ferry drop offs. Fresh water every day and cleaned rooms. Nice location and short 1 minute walk to beach and beach cafe bar. Really welcomed in our stay and couldn’t recommend the owners enough. 1 minute walk to 7 eleven and great Muay Thai gym next door with great drop in sessions.

Only thing I’d say is no food on site but there’s plenty close by. You can grab beer and water there if needs though. Maybe a bit of an update on the sun loungers. Bit of a walk to thong sala with small kids but as an adult you’d be fine or if you had a moped. That said taxi was only 150 baht to town.

Lovely location. Food market about a 10 min walk , 7/11 one min away and near many cafes / restaurants and a big supermarket. Staff were very informative of the area and things to do/ very accommodating as we wanted to stay another night here. Pool and pool side was perfect and we found that there were always sun beds free! So pleased about the room bed was SO comfy and clean Lovely spot during our backpacking trip to relax but also perfect if you are going to the full moon party to get to and from easy ( from experience) Additionally if you want to do laundry here i would recommend the place on the left corner left to 7/11.

Staff was excellent and attentive. Pool is huge and clean, great for rainy days. Great location! :)

Outdated and clogged shower, could be refurbished. Only blackout curtains so no privacy.

The room was nice and big with a spacious balcony. The best part was they had a fan which comes in very handy as temperature can sometimes get hot and humid. Location is decent, a small quaint beach 50 metres behind the hotel and muay thai ring and seven eleven 50 metres in front.

Its a bit understaffed and comparatively overpriced. No breakfast or room service (but they mention that while booking), reception mostly closed after evenings. But the pool is nice and the location is decent. Rent a bike and roam.

Friendly greeting staff welcoming. Always someone cleaning outside area. Rooms nice and clean overlooking the pool. Good pool and area. Few minutes walk to the beach and restaurants. Would stay here again if I area. Nice restaurant on beach.

Not a big problem but even though we didn’t request room to be cleaned, it would be good if the toilet and room bins could be changed and toilet paper replenished. We did ask on day three but no-one came to do it.

Our stay here was fantastic for our 5 night stay. It was mine and my boyfriend's favourite hotel we stayed in during our time in Thailand. Rooms are big, bright and clean with a spacious balcony overlooking the swimming pool. The couple running the hotel were very friendly and extremely helpful, offering to book us taxis to get around and recommending places to visit. The swimming pool was clean with sun beds around the side to enjoy. There are also a number of cafes, restaurants and a 7/11 within a short walk. Overall I'd highly recommend staying here for an enjoyable stay in Koh Phangan.

Lovely quiet area off the road. Wasn’t busy basically had the pool to ourselves. Staff lovely. Rooms cleans. No major complaints great place for a quieter area/couples also. Very close to full moon party about 20 minute walk.

Main lights didn’t work was difficult to see at night time. Bathroom could do with upgrading Bottom floor - can’t leave door open lots of animals (forested area)

Excellent customer service from Joe on the front desk. The room was really clean, modern and well presented, comfortable beds, aircon with adjustable settings. There's a beautiful sun soaked pool and nice chillout area with a pool table.

There's not much atmosphere in the communal area past late afternoon, however that's because its in a fantastic location so everyone just goes out!

A very beautiful hotel, great and convenient location (close to Thong Sala, the Pier, Makro, 7/11, the main road, the beach etc). The staff is very welcoming and highly professional, they responded quickly to any of our request. Daily bottles of water, daily cleaning upon request. Everything was great.

The faucet in our bathroom sink was terrible and needs to be fixed or changed (the water was flowing in random directions). We swam in the swimming pool only once by the end of the day and it felt like it could have been cleaned… I didn’t understand why there was so much unpacked furniture in the reception zone, it doesn’t look appealing, as if they’re moving somewhere
