My girlfriend and I had an amazing time! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Our room was cozy, comfortable, and spotless with a lovely, fresh scent that made us feel right at home. We really appreciated the attention to detail throughout our stay. The location is also perfect, close to everything we needed and wanted to see. Highly recommended!

the staff is very friendly and always ready to help. i got sick and they were so kind that they went to the pharmacy and bought a thermometer. Very professional and responsive guys!

The staff, Mr. Ali and Mr. Murad and all made our stay enjoyable and comfortable. The hotel is close to attractions in the old town, and city center, many restaurants and coffee shops around. The staff ordered taxi and helped with tours, shopping when we needed to go out.

The hotel restaurant and spa are closed for renovation. We have tea and coffee and water bottles in the room but we have to go out for food.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were excellent during our whole stay and could not do enough to make our stay enjoyable. We enjoyed it so much that after a four night stay we returned for a further three nights after touring other towns and area’s.  ·       On the first stay we had room 8, which is a large room with amazing views of the flaming towers. On our return we stayed in room 7, which was a triple.... large  and very comfortable room, decorated in a tasteful style with character.  The bathroom was large and modern. Fresh towels and water supplied every day. (Unlimited bottles of water are available on request throughout your stay). In our opinion room 7, the triple is the best choice... The service and friendliness of all the staff including housekeeping  was exceptional.  Particular mention of Nariman, who could not do enough to make our stay so enjoyable. We would happily recommend to family and friends alike.

Location!! easy to find in the old town with easy walking to the rest of the attractions and rest of the city. Clean. Wonderful decoration!! Big room. Big, comfortable bed. Toiletries, robe, slippers, iron, hair dryer, TV, and safe box. Versatile shower. Window can be opened. Elevator. Terrace.

Leaving. Please make customers aware that here is a problem with American credit cards. They seem unable to be charged with more than $130 dollars each time. Most of us never carry cash for safety and many of our cards charge excessive fees for cash withdraws. So, we need other options to pay.

This guesthouse is a really good find. The staff were always kind and welcoming, the room itself was really well laid out for the price. The beds were comfortable with nice thick duvets. The rooftop has one of the best views in Baku, it was great to relax up there. Its also in a great location in the heart of the old city. There was an issue with my pre arranged arrival transfer, and the hotel really went above and beyond to fix it and make it up to me, which I really appreciated. I saw other properties with mixed reviews, but this one is a gem.

I couldn't quite get the AC to behave itself, but this might be my own fault.

The views were superb , the sea , the flame towers , maiden tower all visible from our room windows and balconey , cleanliness and facilities were up to the mark , hotel was a few minutes walk from Main gate of Old Town (icharisheher) , few minutes walk from the Shirvanshah palace , breakfast was complimentary first day , and reception staff was very helpful with all queries and arranging tours, taxi etc

If someone has mobility issues then consider that the hotel is situated upwards and a steep walk , also the breakfast is in a different hotel with a great terrace view but no elevator . I would recommend checking other restaurants for breakfast as well like Sehrli Tendir etc .

The hotel is freshly renovated, and the lighting and decorations in the room were beautiful. The room was very comfortable and spacious. The best part was the value, which was excellent. And the staff at the front desk were very helpful: they helped organize a taxi for a low price for me. The free wi-fi was good, too. Overall, it was a wonderful stay right in the middle of the Old City for an excellent value. When I return to Baku, I won't even look at any other hotels.

You should be aware that the hotel does not have a restaurant. You can pay for breakfast, but you will have to walk a short distance to the restaurant in another hotel.

Really great spot, the room was beautifully decorated and luxurious, the rooftop was a lovely place to hang out, the staff was super helpful, including with laundry. The location was perfection, close to everything both in old town and in the main drag and along the water, just note that cars can't go into old town so you'll have to drag your suitcases up a little bit, but that is standard in old towns.

Nothing, this is hands down the best stay in Baku's old town.

Great staff and hospitality. The staff is also English speaking which eases most of your stress. Well maintained rooms and ever welcoming staff. To my suprise, the staff also went with us twice to a nearby bank for currency conversion. The only drawback is the location, it's in middle of old city. So, have to walk for everything whichever entrance you choose. We had strollers with us, so had this problem. Rest is amazing. Rooftop view is mesmerising.
