This is an excellent hotel maintained to an extremely high standard, with brilliant amenities, and staffed by a large team of friendly, considerate people. Our one-week stay here was very comfortable and memorable. It has a high-quality choice of services and zones to relax in, which should suit cosmopolitan British and European travellers. A few highlights include . . . Fabulous décor: It makes an Instagram-worthy impression. It looks like the photos you see online. Different zones to relax in: The B4 Bar, NOMAD Lounge, and outside La Pla7 terrace are in the same footprint, with separate QR code menus, and offer different atmospheres. B4 is a quieter hotel bar which we preferred. NOMAD is more like a European city bar. Outside, La Pla7 terrace was busy every evening with chatting couples and all-female groups, a pizza oven and live music. 9Bis Restaurant: We had a delicious breakfast included every day, with cakes and pastries, preserves, coffee or mint tea, fresh citron or strawberry juice, omelette, and Nutella crepe. We are especially grateful to our regular breakfast host Monji, who adapted the menu to suit our vegetarian needs and was always kind and friendly. Evening meals here are more formal. Room: Comfortable, airconditioned, with the same fabulous design aesthetic and always beautifully clean and well-presented. Housekeeping work to a very high standard. (Note: The shower cubicle is tinted glass, so there is no real privacy! It’s a bold choice not everyone will enjoy.) Gym & Pool: The small gym is great for a whole workout with weights, cardio machines, mats etc. The inside pool is small and minimalist. Reception: Everyone was friendly, helpful and spoke excellent English. We are especially grateful to Marwa, who booked us a taxi each morning. By using an app, a licenced yellow taxi came within minutes and took us exactly where we wished to go. You pay a few more dinar for the privilege than you would by hailing, but it’s worth it.

One improvement needed: Whenever we hailed a yellow taxi from Tunis, Carthage, Sidi Bou Said etc, none of the drivers knew where NINE Lifestyle hotel was. The drivers were unable/unwilling to put the address in their phones, and instead rely on passengers to direct them. Despite the excellent online presence of NINE, locally it is less familiar and difficult to see from the main road, Route Nationale 9. Our strategy was using Maps.Me offline GPS, plus, very basic directions in French, and asking for ‘Ben Laghlane vert’ instead (but beware that there several shops with the same name). Perhaps a printed map with instructions to NINE Lifestyle in French, Arabic and English to show taxi drivers would help.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 – Exceptional Stay at The Nine Lifestyle Hotel, Tunis My experience at The Nine Lifestyle Hotel in Tunis was absolutely outstanding from start to finish. This is by far one of the cleanest hotels I have ever stayed in – spotless to the highest standard, in every corner. The entire property is newly renovated, and everything feels fresh, modern, and well-maintained. Upon arrival, my wife and I were pleasantly surprised with a beautiful complimentary decoration on our bed. It was thoughtful, elegant, and made my wife incredibly happy. This small gesture added a personal touch that made our stay even more special. The hotel is also extremely secure, with 24/7 security that makes you feel safe at all times. There’s free parking available, which is a huge plus, and the staff are always ready to help with luggage or anything you might need. Special mention goes to the front desk staff, who were exceptionally friendly, professional, and always smiling. They made us feel genuinely welcome and valued throughout our stay. In short, The Nine Lifestyle Hotel offers not just a place to sleep, but a complete hospitality experience: cleanliness, comfort, security, and warm human interaction. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Tunis – you will not be disappointed.

There was no fridge in the room

Exceptional Hotel from the Typical Design to the service and staff hospitality ( This hotel has the most friendly staff than all 5 Stars hotels we stayed in Tunisia this summer) Breakfast was amazing with a lot of varieties and excellent choice of fresh product. Music in the lounge and the atmosphere was wonderful.Very fancy place.We loved the decorations in every corners and made us very nostalgic. Rooms are excellent and beds are comfortable. Security staff are very helpful.

Valet parking and luggages helper could be useful. Small kits are missing in rooms but this is a minor details.

I was pleasantly surprised to discover a lifestyle hotel of this standard in Tunisia. The staff is warm and welcoming, making the experience even more enjoyable. The lobby’s modern and unique design creates a stylish yet comfortable atmosphere, making it an ideal place to work from. Rooms are nicely designed and very confortable.

The location may not offer the best views or a wide selection of nearby restaurants, but the hotel’s stunning interior design, excellent restaurant, and top-notch facilities more than make up for it.

Clean (very clean), tidy, new, comfortable beds, nice Gym, very friendly staff, fast check in and check out, secure, private and quiet. I would definitely stay here again. If you are looking for a 5 star room, then this is your choice.

New hotel, had a very stylish stay, rooms are very nice (We booked two rooms) staff were great, young and friendly. Nice breakfast and dinner. The hotel is modern and has a lively vibe in the evening. Location is fantastic, there is a modern supermarket next door. The location is close to Sidi Bu Said and Carthage (10 min by taxi). I will definitely stay there again.

“The concept”. No glasses or toiletries in the room. Nice design, but pretty small for the price. When I asked for a glass, I was initially told “no, it’s not in the concept” before being given one as an exception. Unacceptable for a 4 star hotel at w 200€/night.

the only thing that we didn't much like was dinner at the restaurant , it looked nice but didn't taste as good as it looks..and it was too pricy for what we had in the plate..

The staff were very professional. The room was clean. Facilities are well-maintained. Food was clean.

The only downside is location, but if you don't mind being far from the beach it's ok.
