The hotel is amazing. The staff are so helpful and friendly. The place is spotless and the building looks fantastic both inside and out. We were staying the night after our wedding just before travelling. The hotel is close to the airport and thus perfect for us. When the hotel knew we were staying there after getting married they upgraded and decorated our room. This was a lovely gesture and I can't thank them enough. I said to my wife this morning that I'd definitely bring her back for date nights or any reason really to stay again.

We loved our experience at this hotel! It is located near to the airport but is super quiet and you are quickly in Tunis city center. The hotel has so much to offer: From a super nice terrace, a great restaurant with many options for breakfast lunch and dinner and a nice pool area and spa (which I recommend trying 100%). Our highlight though was the staff for sure!! They are so welcoming and friendly and always eager to help with anything that might come up. We felt so welcome from the very start! The rooms were clean and were always made up nicely and fresh if you wished for that. If you visit Tunis this is your place to stay!

The Le Grand Restaurant and staff were amazing. My room was very spacious, and the hotel featured a lovely outdoor lounge area along with several other great facilities.

I had no response from the front desk staff regarding the shuttle service, so I had to find my own way to the hotel. Additionally, I encountered issues with the cleanliness of the room, particularly the bathroom.

Overall, my stay at Movenpick Hotel Lac Tunis had positive aspects. The location is favourable, and the staff, on the whole, was friendly. The swimming pool and spa facilities were particularly impressive

However, there were some drawbacks. Despite having a spacious room (Room 223), the view was extremely disappointing. Additionally, the delay in delivering my bags, with three calls required, was inconvenient. Another issue was the lack of attention to detail, as the trash basket went uncleaned throughout the three-day stay. Addressing these concerns could significantly enhance the guest experience. There are no slippers, no robe, no shoe polish in the room. You need to request to have some brought.

Faculty is very nice. Food in the restaurant is high quality and delicious. The hotel is gorgeous.

1. You should allow burkinis in the swimming pool. I was very disappointed my wife couldn't swim with the kids because of this. This can be discrimmination. 2. When I was swimming I found some tiles missing randomly in the pool. 3. The latch on our sliding door in the hotel room kept breaking. The staff fixed it right away, but it kept breaking.

When you feel the commitment to exceed the expectations - this is Mövenpick Tunis. From the first to the last moment of the stay, the staff did its best. Kindness and professionalism the way it shall be. The breakfast is magnificent! And so is the kind staff, arranging breakfast at the terrace if wanted. The room was just perfect, bigger than expected, and so was the bathroom. A come-back is guaranteed.

I did not like being chased by the manager asking if i had one room or two because my fiancee is a tunisian muslim. He should have checked the register before . We are engaged and totally respect the law. I had two rooms. Because of this i took my fiancee back to her parents house because it was embarrassing. I had to drive 5 hour round trip. After flying to tunisia.

Beautiful accommodation, great staff, nice spa area and gym

Dining room could do with a bit more work to feel less like a conference hall and more a place to relax and dine. Perhaps some plants or something. Lots of cereal options but very few bowls and spoons?... everything else was great!

Spacious room, helpful staff, varieties in breakfast and room service were great. Housekeeping team available day and night . Lobby area was comfy and the lake view one of the best we ever had. The hotel overall really exceeded my expectations.

They didn't refill the coffee sachets and tea bags throughout our stay!!

The lake view is very nice. The bfast and dinner buffet diversity was great! Had the best brick ever ! :) The rooms were very big. Nice facilities in the room and hotel. The SPA and pool are also very nice to enjoy relaxation.

Remote location, nothing to do around the facility. The prize is high compared to the location. Hotel did not recommend taxi not helped with the reservation, we had to take one from in front and the service level was crappy.
