Amazing experience, stayed for 7 night before my wedding in tunis, the hotel room and service for this price is next to none, one of the best hotels I've stayed in, ice cold air conditioning, great spacious room, and extremely helpful staff , 10/10

Unfortunately they don’t have more than two people room which you have too book for more rooms and I would blame Booking on the options gave me I booked for a free cancellation and breakfast for each room the system did not give me the booked options which I had to go and fix it personally, which it caused me a trouble they receptionist where veryyyy helpful and fixed it for me, and for three mornings the restaurant staff had to give me a receipt to signed on it to verify the payment which “ I HAD PAY FOR A FULL ROOM WITH BREAKFAST FOR TWO ROOMS” which was unacceptable and the receptionist helped to verify the issue accordingly.

Calm, location and proximity to airport. Members of staff at the reception were very helpful, welcoming and accommodating.

Not being assisted to carry my luggage upstairs ( I suppose this is mainly due because of shortage of staff during Eid period- however, this should have been better planned for) Missing the special and peculiar diffusers you had before that leaves a memorable feeling of the place.

Exceptionally comfortable with such a beautiful atmosphere and vibe. Facilities are great and superb team, genuinely welcoming and warm.

I asked to order a taxi for the airport hoping that through hotel I would get an honest deal. I did not - it was a true rip off. Better to take a taxi from the street.

I truly appreciated the tranquility and contemporary decor, as well as the friendliness of the reception staff. I'm especially thankful to Salma for her professionalism and for providing an upgrade.

No swimming pool.

Location was amazing. Right on the lake in a quieter, more upscale area of Tunis. Away from a lot of the chaos and noise of the city centre. I only stayed one night, but the hotel seemed a little fancy. Lots of food options nearby. Easy access to the airport. Rooms were clean and comfortable and western style. Nice small balcony. Hotel itself was gated and had security, so I felt very safe when I left for the airport late at night.

The shower was large, but only had a door on one half of the shower. But the shower was level with the floor. So, when I took a shower, all the water poured out onto the bathroom, flooding the rest of the bathroom. Kind of a design issue.

Tunisia is a country renowned for its beauty and the kindness and generosity of its people, qualities that are personified by the hotel staff.

The lobby air conditioning was not working. So I had to work in my room.

The area of the hotel is good, everything is there. All the reception staff were very kind and friendly 😊 specifically, I did like Feriel's hospitality, she was a very helpful person. She is doing great. Best Retards
