The hotel was just smart beyond expectation, the rooms very smart and comfortable, the cleaners were doing their job to perfection, I cannot lie that there was any day that I complained about the service in the room. Breakfast was also just fine and connectivity with respect to WIFI was just super, I was able to link up with family back home without any hardles. Reception staff guided and assisted us in everything we wanted. It was a nice stay at Downtown Hotel and I would recommend it to somebody should need arise.

A park is close by and the hotel is located in a calm neighborhood. There is a nearby restaurant where you may eat outside. Breakfast is manageable. In light of the cost, the hotel was actually rather good.

The hotel's next adjacent building is quite vulnerable. I noticed cracks on that building; therefore, I assume the structure is quite fragile. That led me to believe that the hotel's construction might be shoddy.It might be more pleasant if there was a refrigerator in the room.

I was pleasantly surprised by my experience at this hotel. Despite its affordable rates, the quality exceeded my expectations. The rooms were immaculately clean, and the staff went above and beyond to assist me during my stay. If you're planning a short trip to Tunis, this hotel is an excellent choice that offers great value for your money. Highly recommended!

There isn't an elevator in the garage. If you're carrying a suitcase or have heavy luggage, I recommend dropping it off at the reception first before heading to the garage.

Considering the price, the room was very good, clean, well equipped (without refrigerator), I loved the room and the building The location is good for the day because it’s not far from Av Mohammed 5 with take you directly to Habib Bourkiba (at night for foreigners it may be better to comeback not that much late)

I had the opportunity to talk with 3 people in reception, one of them wasn’t that much passion to tackle questions and requests, but the other two were so much helpful, so I thank them for their services

Clean, comfortable, good location.

I had trouble contacting the staff/receiving help on arranging a taxi from the airport to the hotel. Similar to when I asked for tips of what to see. I was told to use google instead. As a solo traveller arriving late at night this made it quite stressful for me. Breakfast options weren’t great compared to my stay elsewhere in Tunisia

The staff was friendly and always helpful. The room and bathroom were clean. The bed was super comfortable. A few restaurants just a block or 2 away from the hotel. Walking to the Medina is possible, about a 35 minute walk. I will stay there again.

The place was very comfortable, everything was exceptional and peaceful, and the breakfast was very enjoyable. I only had one issue, which was that the bed type was not comfortable, unfortunately. I hope it can be changed. Other than that, everything was excellent. Greetings to the cleaning staff, and if I could rate them, I would give them a 200% rating.

We checked in late which was not a problem to them, staff were extra friendly. Room super clean, hotel In general has a lovely fresh clean vibe. Decent buffet breakfast, wifi very fast throughout the hotel. Shower was great Including perfect pressure of the toilet douche. Lastly another mention of the staff at reception who were very accomodating allowing us upon request for some extra time for check out. P.s the rooms even have a direction to pray in l. (Qibla)

Staff is ready to help at all times.

Coffee is important for a breakfast. They should care about the quality of coffee they offer. A hairdryer in the rooms should not be a big deal for such a hotel. I did not experience any incident but a safe would also make the stay eaiser and calmer.

The location, very very central. And it was a pleasantly quite area, even though so central. The room was clean and comfy. And a good enough food selection at breakfast.

The toilet in our room. It was the only minus. From time to time it clogged.
