I liked the stuff, are very welcoming, specially Youssef at reception, he was very friendly and handling your issues like it was his own problems.

The elevator, wasn't that good, as it was very slow and when there is many people trying to use the elevators, it will take you hard time get one to get to the floor you need, specially that to get to mezzaning you need elevator also the elevator programming is not stable, many time get out of order for few seconds and this make us afraid that it may fail while on it also, I was on tenth floor, and to call for elevator to go down, you need to push the going UP button not the down.

My sister and her husband were equally impressed by the seamless check-in process. The staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and attentive, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere from the moment they arrived. The breakfast experience was another highlight of their stay. They raved about the wide variety of options, which catered to all tastes. From freshly baked pastries to delicious local and international dishes, everything was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Overall, the exceptional service, hospitality, and comfort provided by the Radisson Blu Hotel & Convention Center exceeded all expectations. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Tunis, and it will undoubtedly be my go-to choice for future stays. the only issue was the internet little bit slow

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Tunis. The room was very comfortable and the air conditioning worked perfectly, which was a big plus in the summer heat. The breakfast was excellent, with plenty of fresh and tasty options. The staff were all very welcoming and helpful — especially Awatef Hamdi, who went above and beyond to make my stay even better. The location was also convenient for exploring the city. Overall, I had a great experience and would happily return.

The location was excellent! Close to the major routes and the main streets of Tunis! The Junior suite was exceptionally clean and comfortable! Very beautiful and spacious! The room service and breakfast provided were top notch!!

The pool area was not up to luxurious resort standards, from my experience and personal opinion, but it was adequate. It is located beside the main restaurant, so if you’re sunbathing, it may not be the atmosphere you are looking for.

Check-in was smooth and welcoming , special thanks to the kind lady at reception (I forgot her name) who made us feel right at home. The room was clean, cozy, and well-prepared, and the overall service was great

the bar staff in the lobby were not welcoming or attentive, which left a negative impression. Additionally, the service at the bar felt slow and indifferent, which didn't match the otherwise high standard of the hotel

Everything was to our liking

The breakfast was very good with a good variety of cultured food on offer. The receptionist at breakfast Douha had exceptional hospitality skills and made you feel so welcome.

The coffee machines. Bar staff are helpful and friendly but could do with a little more training on efficiency.
