This hotel is almost TOO comfortable, as I was often tempted to laze about in the room. Main pros: - Great location for walking the markets and ancient streets or for going shopping. Also very close to the airport (ten minute taxi ride). - There's a small gym - not massive but has everything you need for a workout. - Breakfast is high quality and there's a lot to choose from so although it is the same every day you can just switch up your choices day to day. Nice pastries, cheeses, and coffee. - Very comfortable beds

Solid three-star hotel in a central location. 24/7 check-in desk, big room, good bed, clean and bright bathroom, reasonable breakfast. We stayed only 1 night, but it was a good choice for our needs. Very short ride to the airport too!

Some streets around the hotel were blocked off by police or military. We got a Bolt to the hotel, but the driver dropped us off in such a way that we needed to walk around a whole block. If you want to get super close to the hotel by taxi, use this address: Rue 18 Janvier 52 16, Tunis

The room was spacious, the breakfast was very nice and with great variety. The staff was very helpful and polite.

I would suggest that the bar plays the music not as loud in the afternoon (around 19:00) as it is not very pleasant when having a coffee. Additionally, the entrance has a detector that beeps when anyone comes in or goes out. If you are sitting at the bar, the sound becomes very annoying. I would also suggest to cut let fruits and cheese for breakfast to avoid waste.

I have nothing to say everything is fine for me at the hotel honestly just One thing sometime l like to stay in balcony but the windows always closed next time give me place in the front of hotel room with balcony

What more can anyone ask than the very location of this hotel at Avenue Habib Bourguiba ? Very close to exchange house STB, where they give one of the best rates in the city, close to Orange telephone operator where you could get a local sim, quite close to the clock tower and the famous cathedral of St. Vincent de Paul, also to Medina, also to the train station (to Sidi bou said or Carthage), very close to the massive Africa hotel. I could go on and on. The place also has access to taxis, very frequently available. The food is quite good and nice and healthy. I didn't feel bored. The hotel staff are quite approachable. The front view of the hotel facing a small school gave lot of nostalgic memories.

The hotel can generously provide 1 water bottle a day to guests instead of giving 1, only during the check in day. This is a miniscule good will gesture that would certainly have a lasting impression in the minds of guests, like me. Also minimal stuff like buckets (plastic) for people who has some stuff to wash, would help. These are again, miniscule as I stated to all the positives in the hotel. Should I ever want to come back to Tunis, I certainly would love to stay here again.

All the hotel staff were very kind and ready to help. From the moment I arrived for check-in, I was welcomed with a refreshing lemon drink. The breakfast quality was good, and even when I arrived late, the kitchen staff kindly and cheerfully prepared eggs for me. The room had most of the necessary amenities, and the WiFi, heating system and hot water worked well. However, the shower area needed some repairs to prevent water from spreading throughout the entire bathroom. One night, when I returned to the hotel, I found the bathroom floor covered in water for some unknown reason, but the staff quickly took care of it and dried it out. In terms of cleanliness, the floors and tables could have been cleaner, and I usually expect hotels to provide disposable slippers in the room. The toilet paper could also have been of better quality and cleanliness. Aside from these few issues, the hotel was very pleasant for a stay. Additionally, thanks to a nearby government office, the police are on duty around the clock, which is great for security, and the hotel is also within walking distance of the city center and La Medina. Overall, the friendliness of the hotel staff and their constant willingness to help made my stay very enjoyable.

In the heart of the city. Rooms are spacious. Breakfast is good. Overall a good choice for a stay in the city center.Very clean rooms.The lady managing the breakfast room was very helpful and super active.

Bathroom shower was leaking water in the room. Maintenance work was going on , so was impossible to sleep in the afternoon. No view from the rooms. Relatively expensive for what it offers. Room wasn't ready by 2 pm our checking time.

The hotel is very clean, everything is quite new and modern, good breakfasts. Great bathroom! The perfect price/quality ratio. Friendly and helpful staff.

Big room at a good price, comfortable bed, decent breakfast selection, great location near the railway station, TGM and Medina, there's also a really good gym 10 min walk away

The air conditioning controller in the bedroom was wired in backwards somehow, and you had to open and close a window to make it start... odd. The attempts by staff to get it working led to me going to bed late.
