The location is incredibly convenient, situated in the city center with several restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance.

The breakfast selection was quite limited and could definitely use more variety.

Anis - he was excellent. he was very very very helpful. he looked after me well. he is the best staff there. better than the reception staff from my stay there. he will go out of his way to help. He should be given a promotion. room was spacious. very clean and well kept room. bed was comfortable. the housekeeping staff was friendly too.

well i booked a room called panaroma room. my view was of a car park. i think they shouldnt be giving this room as a panoroma room. i think this is not acceptable. i did tell them this but they just laughed about this and said its city view. i did say my view is of a car park this is not a panoroma view. they could have changed the room for me if they wanted but this was not given as a option. as a new hotel they can do better than this. staff should be trained better to deal with issues like this. dealing with problems raised by customers are important. customer satisfaction is something they should work on. a hotel like Radisson can do better than this. front desk staff need some training in dealing with customers.

I recently stayed at the Radisson Hotel in Tunis with my husband to celebrate our anniversary, and the experience was absolutely unforgettable! Before our arrival, I contacted the hotel to arrange a surprise room decoration with flowers for the occasion. The team was very responsive and paid close attention to every detail. We arrived around 1 PM (although official check-in is at 3 PM), and were warmly welcomed by the security at the entrance and the reception team. A special thank you to Omeyma and Jasser at the reception—they were extremely professional, always smiling, and went out of their way to assist us with such kindness and care. To our surprise, the hotel upgraded us from a Superior Room to a Panoramic Room without us even requesting it! The room was beautifully decorated just as we had asked, and it was clear the staff had gone above and beyond to make it special. Housekeeping was excellent throughout our stay. The room was always spotless and well-maintained. A big thank you to Maryem, the housekeeper, for her attention to detail and dedication. Room service was quick and efficient, and breakfast was delicious with a nice variety of options. What I appreciated most was the peaceful and relaxing atmosphere of the hotel. It’s clean, quiet, well-organized, and provides the perfect environment for rest and comfort.

From the warm welcome at check-in to the spotless condition throughout the entire hotel, our stay was wonderful. The room and bathroom were modern and impeccably clean, and the gym facilities were also very nice. The breakfast was good and satisfying, and we enjoyed a delicious dinner one evening—overall, a marvelous experience.

The area surrounding the hotel was unfortunately not clean, with litter such as papers and plastic scattered around. This seems to be a broader issue in the Tunis town area and is NOT the hotel's fault. It is the Tunisian government who need to take more decisive action to keep the streets and surroundings of this beautiful country clean.

We have been to radisson hotels all over the world but the staff in Radisson Tunis make it the best Radisson hotel in the world. We were supposed to check in on our daughter’s 5th birthday. I sent a message to the hotel to ask if they can do anything for her birthday. At check in they not only updated our room to premium panorama view room but the room was already decorated with balloons, candies and birthday cake. It was such a great surprise for us and our daughter. Housekeeping manager Sana did a great job and she was also present at the check in to welcome us. Room was spacious, with huge giving panorama view of the city from the 7th floor. Both bathroom and room was spotlessly clean. Hotel is brand new and its visible from every corner. Climate system worked superb. Bed and pillows were very comfortable and we had great sleep every night. Breakfast staff welcoming us every morning was the highlight every morning. Ala carte and buffet breakfast both were available. Great variety of hot and cold options with fresh juices. Reception staff gave great tips about sightseeing and restaurants. Location is perfect for sightseeing in city centre with many restaurants and shops nearby. On our last night we just told them at the restaurant that we did not get time to eat Tunisian food on our trip, they did not have those dishes in the menu that night, we went outside in the city Center to eat. When we came back, we got a call from restaurant and I told them that we have eaten but we did not like it much, they told us that they have especially prepared Tunisian dishes for us, I politely said no but they insisted and sent it to the room. They no doubt tasted yummy, as compared to what we ate at the restaurant outside. Their service is top notch. They went way beyond our expectations to make our stay the best stay. We will never forget how the treated us and the amazing service and hospitality from each and every member of the staff.

Hotel was very new and rooms comfy and modern. Location was conveniently located in the city center with several restaurants and supermarkets in walking distance. Most staff was very friendly and tried to offer a good service.

Some staff in the restaurant didn't appear to be very motivated. The sperately booked pick up service arrived too late at airport after we called the hotel. Eventually the hotel wanted to charge the - already high - pick up fee twice because we were two people. Although in the end they adjusted the fee, please be prepared that one car is charged double if two persons take it.

I really liked how modern, clean, and well-designed the property was. The staff were exceptionally welcoming and polite, and the overall atmosphere felt calm and upscale. The location was perfect, quiet, yet close to many key attractions in Tunis. The food was great, the room service team were always responsive and kind, and even the security team were friendly and attentive, which made me feel safe and well taken care of. It truly exceeded my expectations.

The hotel was very clean and new. As soon as we arrived they offered us something to drink and let us check in before 15 pm which was really nice. The room was comfortable and clean, all the staff (receptionists, waiters, cleaning staff…) was welcoming and super kind. The position of the hotel is perfect, you can reach the medina walking and there’s also a mall with a supermarket right in front of it. The food was really good, there wasn’t too much choice but the products were fresh and of good quality! Everything was great, we really recommend this hotel <3

Generally good. The location was good, friendly and professional staff, neatly kept. I enjoyed the stay. Looking forward to return but to a more spacious room.

The room was really small that I couldn’t open my luggage conveniently and have space to pray or do something. Breakfast was said to be 06:30, but that was the time they were setting up. Though the staff responded when I told them I am getting late.
