All the staff very kind. The bed incredible confortable. The location is close (5 minutes walking) to the medina and to the main street, were you can find everything (restaurants, change ...)

They don't have a frigobar in the room. It was hot and we had to drink water not refrigerate. The breakfast is very poor , in my opinion. They have the itens but not good. For instance, there were juices, but very veryartificial. There were no iogurt, but a kind of milk at the same collors of the juices. The cakes were not smooth. No fruits at all. Of course that we can pass through it. After all was 4 days. But I'm sure they can do bettet. At the end, because of the cost x benefít I would return.

I chose the El Oumara. hotel due to convenient location close to Tunis railway station and also because the hotel is easy to reach from the airport. Taxi costed 30 dinars on night time and it took less than 15 minutes from the terminal. The room was comfortable and clean, the breakfast was good and offered good value to money ratio. The staff was very helpful and kind. Specially young lady at the reception - she was very kind, professional and friendly. As mentioned before, the railway station is literally around the corner and it took couple minuts to reach walking. All this with fairly cheap room price - will definetely come again for your guest :-)

The street noise was clearly audible throughout the night. Yet, that was not a big minus as I travel always with earlplugs.

Firstly I would like to thank Ms. Mariyam from the front office for being so polite, helpful and courteous. She is extremely customer centric and always went out of her way to do whatever she could to help. The hotel is centrally located, very close to the main railway station and hence public transport is always available. The room is comfortable and clean. The housekeeping staff are also so courteous. The WiFi connection is good. The room size and bathroom size are also good and overall, I would highly recommend this hotel

Breakfast was not good

I had a great week staying at the hotel, I started to feel like home after a few days. The staffs were very friendly esp at reception, they were very helpful. My room was cleaned daily to a good standard and the breakfast was a time saver. The room was quiet and had good sleep.

Nothing major. Tea and coffee, sugar and water in the room would have been handy, I just got them on the first day.

Right next to the train station, rooms are clean, staff is very helpful, they kept our luggages after check our we even could come change our clothes and give back the luggages they were friendly, the breakfast is great, they make omelettes and pancakes on the place, there is a very good variety buffet, they left coffee and tea in the room, wasn't noisy l didn't hear the other rooms, good isolation, and the price is very good for this hotel l think,highly recommended.

El Oumara Hotel represent a convenient stay in Tunis Centre. Receptionists are professional and were quick in finding us transportation. Parking, although on the street, is guarded by the same private security at the entrance. Rooms are vasts. Thumbs up for the breakfast, surely above the average for the country. Amazing price/quality ratio

Bathroom needs to be renovated and its cleanness improved, although that is a comment an average comment for tunisian accomodations

I had a lovely 8 nights stay at this hotel, it's in a quite area very near the train station, the medina and the main avenue. My room was cleaned every day. The breakfast had plenty of different foods providing for a good breakfast. There is a bar upstairs where you can have Tunisian beer. I checked in late at night and they waited for me as the flight was delayed 1 hour. Bed was comfortable. Recommended!

It was a decent place for a few nights. They had a security guard at the entrance. Breakfast was decent, buffet style. Daily cleaning. Good value for money. The woman at the reception was very helpful.

The area is not the most inviting for tourists, but I didn't have any issues. 5-10 minutes walk to the very heart of the city center. The morning prayer was a bit loud in the neighborhood and the windows didn't insulate well, but I guess there's not much they can do..
