We loved this hotel! It was cleaner and more well-maintained than some of the other higher-rated hotels we've stayed at in Tunis and Sousse. We loved the size of the rooms, they were comfortable and cosy. They also had a very low-key, simple cafe downstairs, which we liked. The location was perfect, parking was secure, room was quiet, even during the day. We enjoyed the artistic vibes and the staff were excellent. I only didn't rate ten because the breakfast wasn't good and the mattress was a tiny bit uncomfortable. But overall loved it here, we will definitely be going back! Thanks Hotel Al Karmel!

The room was clean and cleaned everyday too peoples were greatful the breakfast was good but it can be better but in general i was really happy for staying there it’s really near to everything at the center and also the airport

Noise start from 7h30 exacly every day cleaning staff start to move things which can make a lot of noises, personaly i was not disturbed by those noises but people who want to have good sleep at morning sorry for you it’s not possible

The reception guys were really helpful. The breakfast was good, I liked the butters with chocolate insides.

The smell of bleach was a bit too much but on the second date there was improvement since they probably used some other cleaner for the floors which smelled fresh.

Excellent price-quality ratio. Close to the center and the Old Medina. Underground garage available. Strong wifi, and a nice balcony.

I had my hands full, there was a staff at the door but they didn't open the door for me. In Europe, helping guests is standard.

Disposable cups and cutlery for breakfast are my only complaint. It's such a big, unnecessary waste.

Flight from Madrid landed too late. We did not have the possibility to inform the hotel of our delay. Arrived at 4:00am. Receptionist told us that the booking was canceled due to no show, but provided us with a room immediately.

The breakfast is too simple , the coffee wAs finished by the time we got down . Only boiled eggs , olives And salami, And the corrosion are all so dry

Hotel Karmel is very clean, with modern rooms and comfy beds.

It was a little out of the way and the breakfast buffet had a small selection.
