Relaxed atmosphere hotel. Nice lobby with plenty of cosy. Close to the airport. Nice evening buffet dinner. Receptionist ordered me an 'uber' taxi. This is best as you know the cost in advance (10 dinar). You can pay at all hotels with credit card but for most other travel costs you will need cash money preferably dinars. You find cash offices at all airports. Driving a rental car in Tunisia can be an adventure. Eye contact is important at all times before proceeding. There is one motorway toll gate between Tunis and Hammamet (1,5 dinar). Tunisia has a more relaxed atmosphere in comparison with other North African countries.

The location is close to the airport and to the company where i had work to do, but there are not so many things to visit/go to around. The internet connection was good. Breakfast and dinner was also good, even for me( i do not eat spicy food).

The shower needs some maintenance. It is bad designed. There is a crack between the door and one of the showers wall and water can go out. The windows did not close completely. There was duck-tape at the bindings of the windows...at first i did not know what was the idea, but then i noticed that the windows are not closing completely.

Very clean and comfortable. The room was great, and very good service upon arrival! I had an early morning flight and had breakfast delivered to my room which was a nice touch.

Dinner was a little over priced - but it wasn’t bad. Nice resteraunt and lots of options.

Breakfast was good and had plenty of choice. Staff was friendly and offered to help with anything. The location for me was good since it close to where I have to go and close to the airport.

I think the dinner buffet could have had more choice in regards of food offerings.

The location and the discounted price are attractive elements. The staff at the front desk (Shiraz) and at the SPA (the young coach and Maha were very nice and professional). I also had a discussion with the Commercial Responsible (a nice lady). She was very helpful and kind. These people are great!

The room still needs a bit of work to reach the highest level as compared to other top hotels in Tunis.

the staff went out of their way to make me comfortable as I arrived was greeted with a freshly squeezed juice, after I checked in I realized that I had forgotten my phone in the Taxi I was completely beside myself as we are so dependent of our phones these days, but Zguiden the front office agent, told me not to worry it would be returned but i didn’t see that happening at all, well they looked at camera footage got the taxis # sent the security at the airport to track down taxi driver and got my phone back I have never experienced a hotel staff go out of there way like this I cannot thank them enough so definitely recommend to stay at RoyalAsbu thanks again Zguiden and to all the staff

Breakfast was great. Several egg dishes, cold meats, savouries, real fresh juice, great service. Khubayb at reception was a great guy - very friendly, made me welcome, pointed me in the right direction and passed on some local knowledge.

No laundry on Sundays - what kind of rule is that? Also no spa on Sundays. Sunday was my only full day at the hotel and I wanted a fresh pair of clothes and to relax before my flight so that wasn’t ideal.

The staff were quick and professional - check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, with a large, cosy bed and access to fast Wi-Fi.

Clean, quiet and spacious room. Fully equipped. 5min away from the airport. Breakfast was top quality with foods adapted to all origins. Staff was welcoming.
