We recently had the pleasure of staying at Occidental Lac Tunis Hotel, and I must say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The hotel itself is beautiful, located in a quiet, pleasant area near a beautiful lake; it’s just a 10-minute ride from the airport and has excellent facilities. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and spacious bathrooms. We would like to express our deepest thanks and heartfelt gratitude to Madam Lobna and Monsieur Amin from the reception team for their outstanding hospitality. They made sure we felt welcome right from the start… and had everything we needed. Their professionalism, friendliness, patience and excellent service added a personal touch to our trip, making us feel more at home. A special thank you to Madam Khawla and the restaurant team as well! The food was outstanding— delicious, fresh, and beautifully presented. Breakfast was a real highlight, offering a wide variety of options to suit every taste, and we appreciated the warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff’s etiquette was truly remarkable - everyone was very friendly, attentive, and ready to help with anything we needed - contributing to a pleasant dining experience. Special thanks also to the housekeeping staff, particularly Madam Basma, and Fatima for their kindness, courtesy, hard work, and attention to detail. Top Hotel! Decent hotel in a quiet, pleasant area near a beautiful lake, just a 10-minute ride from the airport with nearby restaurants. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, with a comfortable bed. Special thanks to the housekeeping staff, particularly Amira and Sukaina, for their kindness, good etiquette, hard work, and attention to detail. The restaurant staff are friendly and welcoming. And the overall service is excellent, with staff handling requests promptly. Public areas are clean, and free Wi-Fi is available, making it a great option for both short and longer stays.

Nichts

The hotel was lovely and the staff very friendly, the break fast was very good and the hospitality of the catering supervisor Khawla was exceptional. Comfortable beds and nice shower. The chambermaids did a great job, probably among the best of any hotel I've stayed in. It seemed like new each day! Also really liked the location too, it was quiet but close enough to the main attractions.

Nothing in particular all fine except the internet coverage was a quite poor in my room, however the team has managed to give me another room with better WiFi coverage.

The staff were amazing and very helpful, The receptionist Nabil was amazing , and one another amazing staff member, her name Khawla*خولة* she has a beautiful smile and a great personality. Such a great staff in general. Doormen,with their smile, made the day better. Highly recommend.

The hotel has the perfect spot as it is a walking distance from amazing cafes and restaurants with a breathtaking view in addition to spas and hair salons across the street. The room was very clean and comfortable and I loved the bathroom as it is big and very relaxing and it has the perfect light and big mirror. The staff is incredibly hospitable and sweet especially Mr. Nabel and Madam Lubna they were super helpful and they made our stay very comfortable.

The only two things that I would have loved to see are stronger light in the room above the big mirror as it’s a bit dark in the closet area, the second thing is the Water shafata next to the toilet instead of the pedi.
