The location is great being in the mid crowded comfortable area And the staff were very friendly,welcoming,helpful and kind Also the view on the lake was beautiful And the rooms were clean and comfortable having good space and bathrooms with new style decorations So overall was a comfortable and beautiful experience And don’t mind getting back again Also one of the things that I noticed and in my opinion was a very unique thing that makes it easier and comfortable to stay is that in rooms there was provided with an electronic buttons beside every room doors For cleaning/ no disturbing Rather then having a piece of paper that hangs on the door handles which most of other hotels i had been had

Breakfast was excellent with variety of delicious options to start the day perfectly The hotel location was absolutely ideal , very convenient and surprisingly quiet . Whenever i need help the staff responded promptly and effectively . Everything was exactly as it should be comfortable , welcoming , and well organized .i want to express my gratitude to Mr Jalal @ room service who was exceptionally and helpful . Salma & baya @ front desk . If i visit tunis again i would definitely choose to stay here once more .

Wonderful staff Baya at the front desk was a great coach and help for the whole trip Nine staff in the restaurant, Khalil and actually all of them. The chef himself actually comes to your table to ask you if you need anything and suggest certain food to try Housekeeper, do not recall her name I was in room 126

I wish I visited in the month of May June temperature was high to be able to walk out daytime Obviouslt nothing to do with hotel

Great staff, the reception lady made the check in very smooth and i believe her supervisor or college also she made sure the room is ready before i go there since i made a late reservation. Great location as well, in general it was all good

The place is clean and no smells but it needs renovations as it feels outdated. It's a bit overpriced, I have stayed for 1 night which was ok especially if you're going to the airport the next morning as it's close to Carthage airport, but if you're staying for a few nights it will feel not getting in return the value for the price and the price should be lower.

The lobby was pretty, the dinner delicious, the view of the lake was very pleasing and the outdoor area was beautiful! We took advantage of the pool and it felt awesome after 20,000 steps in Sidi Bou Said! We also took advantage of the great spa prices and had a couples massage before we left! Also - the proximity to the airport was an added bonus for us.

Unfortunately there are some homeless migrants living in close proximity to the hotel. We didn't experience any problems, but as a female, I was a little anxious walking past the tents on the sidewalk the first time. Also, as we have seen at some of the other hotels in Tunisia, having a bar does not equate to having alcoholic beverages!!

Extremely friendly and welcoming staff. Not to mention the delicious breakfast we had with a very good view of the lake. My wife was pregnant, and the chef was very helpful by preparing plates and delivering it to our table as well as bringing stuff before we even thought of it (and that's the reason I'm always booking with you guys when I come to Tunis). The last thing I'd like to mention is that the hotel is located on a superb site, next to various restaurants & cafes . Thank you, and Happy EID!!!👌🙂

Very nice location by the lake, in the new business and and residence area of Tunis. Beautiful breakfast and garden and swimmingpool. And very nice spa with professional massage.

I liked everything. It could bær useful for some travellers to know that this ara is completely «dry», which means that you won’t be able to enjoy a glass of wine or a beer for your meal.

Concorde Hotel, very nice, quiet, the staff are very cooperative and always smiling, I spent a beautiful vacation there with my wife, and we will repeat it soon, all thanks and love to dear Salma for her wonderful and kind reception and care for us throughout our stay at the hotel.

breakfast was really good with a lot of fruits and options. Room was spacious and clean. Pool and gym was ok. location was good next to the lake. People were really trying to please the customers - which I appreciate!

Room was noisy from air-condition from down floor.
