The bed was extremely comfortable. I had more than enough dressing gowns and slippers and the room was stocked up with soap and shampoo. The room was extremely quiet and whilst outside was a view of construction, I loved the wide windows and the level I was placed on. I had a cocktail in the downstairs bar and it was superb. I didn't spend time in the rooftop bar, but managed to have a look in the evening and there were lots of people having drinks and socialising. It looked like a cool place to spend the evening.

The floors could have been wiped a little better in my opinion as some areas had a little bit of dust, but otherwise, a lovely stay. I asked for a breakdown of my bill because I had been charged 3 or 4 times the amount of city tax despite only having an overnight stay. Rather than just explain it, the lady just just printed the bill and then proceeded to talked to me as if I was stupid.

The hotel is located right next to the airport, making it an excellent choice for those with an early flight. The staff were quick and professional – check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, with a large, cosy bed and access to fast Wi-Fi. On-site parking proved an added convenience for those travelling with a rental car. The comfort, cleanliness, and great location make this hotel an ideal option for a short stay before a flight.

The room on the 8th floor, where we stayed (number 815), had a significant drawback. In the evening, loud music beats could be heard, suggesting that the room is located below a club or bar. Earplugs were essential to get any sleep. Unfortunately, I would strongly advise against this room for anyone sensitive to noise.

Hotel was very nice and very convenient for the airport. Reception staff were very helpful. The room I had was fantastic and spotlessly clean.

There was a mix up with the car to be picked up on my arrival, luckily another passenger from my flight was able to help me getting to the hotel. It was confirmed that a football match was to be shown live in the bar and i booked a table to watch the game. Despite assurances that the game was set up. unfortunately this wasn't the case, so i ended up watching in my room. disappointing after the assurances in advance that this was all min place.

I have nothing to dislike!

Everything was great. This is my 4th or 5th time at the hotel. I usually travel to Tunisia on 1-2 days business trips and honestly this is my favourite hotel to stay in. It is the best in Tunis the capital in terms of service, comfort, design, and warm welcoming. The room was great! The bed comfy, food was good and staff as always super friendly. Thank you :)

Nothing to dislike!

by coincidence we travelled during Ramadan and booked room with half board. The iftar meal was the highlight of our visit to Tunisia. Excellent excellent choice of items on buffet, very friendly staff in the dining hall and the cook had the biggest smile in all of Tunisia, lovely reception staff (well versed in english, arabic and french). Mariott was brilliant overall

An attractive property, I’m guessing a couple of years old. Rooms were lovely, fairly minimalist but stylish and everything I needed. Staff were excellent, no issues there at all.

First morning , seemed to be an issue with hot water..a very invigorating shower. Second morning, loads of hot water.

The employees who are receptionists, concierge, housekeepers, restaurant workers and SPA staffs and massagers all worked very hard and made us feel like home. The towels and linens are very clean.

Our shower’s drainage is not draining very well. The hotel needs to check the drainage system to make it work properly. Bathroom and beds are face of the hotel. Working efficiency is the most important factor.

Friendly staff with professional dealing and perfect service. Hotel location is exceptional, away of crowded areas and near to the airport.
