We absolutely LOVED our stay at this incredible hotel! Every single aspect exceeded our expectations, but what truly made our experience unforgettable was the exceptional staff. They were warm, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and happiness. A huge thank you to the amazing Mr. Mehdi, who was our personal angel throughout our stay. He made sure everything was perfect, and his dedication to providing an exceptional experience was truly impressive. The surprise cake he sent to celebrate my sister's birthday was the icing on the cake (pun intended!) - it was such a thoughtful gesture! The hotel's amenities were also fantastic. The kids' area at reception was a hit with my 1.5-year-old daughter, who had a blast playing there. The breakfast spread was incredible, with an impressive variety of delicious options to suit every taste. The restaurant's food and drinks were mouthwatering, and the housekeeping staff were always smiling and friendly, making you feel right at home. They also offer very comfortable transportation that has wifi service and very comfy for long trips. The drivers were very helpful and kind. A massive thank you to Mr. Mehdi and the entire hotel team for making our stay so memorable. We can't wait to come back and experience it all again! The facilities were very good. Very clean hotel room. Very nice lobby. The beds are comfortable. The pool was very nice.

I asked the hotel to arrange for a taxi to go to a wedding. Since it was my first visit to Tunis I thought to use the hotel car with a driver. I was shocked with the charge they put on my room for a ride only 8 minutes away. The rate they charged me was 10 times the normal taxi rate. I was not happy with such a charge at all. The breakfast quality can be significantly improve with more attention to details.

The staff were very friendly, very nice and very helpful. The cleaning staff made my stay even better. We chatted every day, and when they knew it was my honeymoon they brought me flowers and decorated the room! They allowed me to bring my makeup artist, hairdresser and photographer staff over. I even had the whole hotel to do my wedding photo shooting with the white dress!!! Overall the stay was very pleasant.

The pool service could be improved. The pool itself was nice. Maybe more food variety at the bar

As a guest of a 5 star hotel, I was expecting high standard. The hotel did not dissapoint me in this sense, everything worked well, I had wonderful views from the room, which was really clean and tidied up every day. The breakfast was exceptionell with huge selection ranging from continental options to local ones. The staff is also very very kind.

The location is not really good, you are almost 100% dependent on car.

The hotel stay was very comfortable, as expected from the ratings. Our initial choice was motivated by the Ramadan buffet offer, which did not disappoint (my wife and I were both fasting at the time, so standards were high). The location is also very convenient, being 10-15 minutes away from the main attraction points.

I would have preferred if some renovation work (lacquering) had been postponed to later hours. The men at work, and especially the smell of the products, woke us up in the morning.

Staff were all first class, helpful and welcoming. The room was amazing and very comfortable. I had been upgraded to the club floor, but unfortunately left the hotel too early every morning to enjoy the breakfast! I managed one trip to the gym during my visit which was a real shame as the gym is better equipped than the one I belong to at home!

The staff were very friendly and really helpful . Fatima negotiated an excellent deal for us for a taxi to Sousse. The customers relation manager was a lovely lady and was very interested in our feedback .The room sizes are great ! The location is good, a short drive from the old town but quite isolated with no shops / cafes/ markets at a walking distance

I had a wonderful stay ! the reception team gave us a warm and friendly welcome, The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with incredibly cozy beds. The spa and indoor pool were perfect for relaxation. A special shout-out to the guest service supervisor Ms. Wafa Ben Aoun, who went above and beyond to help us with everything we needed.

The air-conditioning in the room could not be lowered to a more suitable temperature. The room was too warm. The air-conditioning level was restricted and could not be manully lowered below 5 degrees. The temperature stated 5 degrees on the display. This temperature display was definitely inaccurate. The room was too warm and was certainly never 5 degrees as illustrated by the thermostat display. .

I liked the location of the hotel, just a short car ride to the city centre the one direction and the airport in the other direction. Nice pool area, which is needed in the hot climate.

I thought the price was a little high when I compare to some of the other hotel rooms I stayed at in Turkey and Tunisia.
