Beautiful resort with beach access. Great pool, lovely hammam, comfy rooms with coffee tea etc, friendly staff who all work hard. It’s a little bit pricier than what I normally choose, so I expect more as well. That said:

Problems with airco in room. Didn’t work at first. It took a lot of complaining to get it fixed. Opening a window was not an option as there s a nightclub next to the hotel that is unbelievably loud and noisy. Double windows and earplugs hardly kept the noise out

There are rooms accessible from the lobby and others from the outside but you aren't given the choice if that matters The private beach is managed by a seperate bar, and accessible for the non residents too where you are in the obligation to consume (prices are much expensive)and might not find a place, but no such information was put in the hotel description. The employees in charge of the food service at the restaurant had an awkward attitude even when asked friendly, especially that there was no names to describe each plate (a must in restaurants) The room wasn't ready even checked in: For a double room, only one toilet paper was served, didn't get more, and no towels or soaps until we have asked

The pool was amazing - very large and plenty of lounging chairs for everyone. If you had children - there were lifeguards watching from 3 different angles. The room was alright - the furniture was very dated but it was clean

They put us in a suite but the suite did not get the internet in the bedroom so we could stream anything and the programming was very limited for english speaking people.

The staff were really friendly, rooms were a good size and great value for money. Also the rooms came with a balcony overlooking the pool. Also the have indoors and outdoors swimming pool

The bathroom was a little dated, I would rather have a shower unit then a bath with shower features. The location had no shops around so quite remote but taxi only takes 5 min to get you to the shops

The room was a decent size and we had a lovely view of the pool. House keeping did come everyday and we're flexible with timings.

The breakfast wasn't bad but not to my liking. For example the boiled eggs were uncooked but after speaking to lovely Customer Liasion woman, Hajar, she made sure that all of our needs were met.

You have a great staff. The meeting in the Reception by Radhia and Ahlem, what women they are there every day with a smile and excellent service, what a welcome 😊😀🌷. In the bar in the evening I can mention Omaima who also gives a great service, super nice too... then it continues with a cleaning lady who took care of my room fantastic... the food very good... very nice stay

Breakfast was amazing, with lots of choice and fresh products. The facilities are kid-friendly and you have a choice of indoor and out-door pools. Also, very nice beaches and beach-clubs are just a short walk away.

Room towels are very old and in dire need of replacement. Room cleaning was sporadic, while some facilities could do with a fresh lick of paint.

The superior double room have a 200cm square bed. The room is spacious and has a balcony with view over the outside pool area. The hotel is beautiful and buffet offers different type of food at all meals. The stuff is friendly an helpful.

The nearby clubs can be loud during holidays and Summer. Not a problem in Winter with closed windows.

Pool is great. And staff in restaurant is incredible. We arrived at the end of breakfast when it was being packed up and they went out of their way to make sure we were able to eat.

The superior double room is modern and very comfy. The double bed has a size of 200 cm square, it's beautiful. The hotel is very beautiful in general for Tunisian standards. The location is quite during weekdays.

The surroundings are full of clubs and can be noisy during holidays and Summer.
