Everything and all the staff are great

The dinner is good but they didn’t mention that the water and drinks we must pay for them not included the price of dinner

My recent stay at the Ramada Plaza Hotel was a refreshing experience, filled with warm hospitality and true relaxation. The staff went above and beyond to ensure I felt welcome, with their friendly demeanor and eagerness to assist in any way. Their kindness really added a special touch to my stay. The standout feature for me was undoubtedly the spa. I’ve visited several spas in the area, and this one truly excels. The spacious sauna was a wonderful escape, offering a calm, soothing ambiance. I also had the pleasure of a massage session with Bouchera, whose expertise made it one of the best massages I’ve had in a long time. Her skilled techniques and care left me feeling restored and deeply relaxed.

While I genuinely enjoyed my time, I felt the dining options could use a bit more finesse. The food was convenient and adequate, but a few enhancements to the flavors and presentation could really elevate the experience to match the high standards set elsewhere in the hotel. All in all, the Ramada Plaza provided a lovely, relaxing getaway. I’d absolutely return for the service and the spa – a truly standout feature of this hotel!

I had a wonderful experience during my stay at the Ramada Plaza in Gammarth. From the moment I arrived, the hotel staff made me feel incredibly welcome with their warm and attentive service. The location in Gammarth was perfect for a peaceful getaway, as the area was quiet and serene, ideal for relaxation. The food at the hotel was above average, with a good variety of dishes that were fresh and satisfying. A standout aspect of my stay was the spa – the team was highly professional and made sure I had a memorable experience. I received one of the best relaxing massages, leaving me feeling completely refreshed. Overall, I would highly recommend the Ramada Plaza for anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable stay with excellent service.

They also offered a delicious Tunisian sweet after the massage, which was a lovely touch. However, I noticed that the traditional tray used to serve it could use a bit more shine to meet the high standards of the rest of the experience. Despite this minor detail, I would still give the service a perfect 10.

I used to stay here when it was RAMADA. Recently it is rebranded. Hotel is good. Pool and beach are nice (the sea is good early in the morning, waves in the afternoonI) Staff are very kind. Room is clean. AC is working good. WIFI is very strong and stable. I didnt use but there is a huge parking area.

I had open buffet dinner in the hotel, is was 30 USD (without beverages) and the choice was poor. Coffee in the breakfast was VERY bad. There is a night club just next to the hotel. There is very loud music every night until 7am. Even you close the windows, still have it in your room.

I had a great stay at Ramada Plaza Hotel Tunis. The highlight of my visit was definitely the spa. The massage was one of the best I’ve ever had—truly relaxing and professional. The Hammam experience was also fantastic, giving me a real taste of the traditional Tunisian ritual. It was rejuvenating and a must-try!

The only area for improvement would be the food. While everything else was wonderful, the dining options could use more variety and refinement. Overall, a wonderful stay, and I highly recommend the spa!

The staff each and everyone was so polite and helpful the last time I was in Tunis I stayed in the regency and had a very very bad experience but Verdi really really made my stay perfect and I will from now on just be staying at this hotel I had a wonderful time stay from the reception staff to house keeping to room service they went above and beyond thank you so much for a wonderful full stay

Everything was perfect absolutely exceptional

Friendly, helpful& very polite staff. Specially people at beach & pool were so friendly & polite. My room view was great! I could see the pool & the sea. The beach of the hotel was extremely clean & it had golden sands. Best beach I saw in Tunisia.

The furniture was a bit outdated but for a short stay was totally fine. It worth the view & the clean beach.

The staff at the Ramada Plaza provided a genuinely warm and welcoming atmosphere, making us feel right at home. Our room offered breathtaking views of both the sea and the pool, enhancing our overall experience.

The meals, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner, were quite basic. I did appreciate that the salad was prepared fresh each morning; however, I noticed that leftovers from breakfast were often repurposed for lunch and dinner.

I am a hard working guy and my job requires too much physical effort. This property took all of my tiredness.

I can not say that i did not like about it but most of the staff speaks Arabic and French. When it comes to speak with them it is hard to understand that they do understand or not. They are so gentle and they push themselves to help you even they do not understand you. But at least they can say that they do not understand and direct you to the staff who really able to speak english. Even i can not speak english very well. Lastly, again, this is not a thing that i did not like it.
