I had an excellent experience, especially due to Chaima. She greeted me at the front desk, went the extra mile to put chocolates in my room. She made sure I had everything I needed and had a lovely time. The breakfast was delicious and everything was nice!

I didn’t love the spa. My appointment kept getting pushed back and when I did come in there was one woman working who was so stressed. It wasn’t helpful trying to relax.

All staff was amazing! Especially Ameera, Shaimaa, Sumaiya, and Sarra, these girls made my stay absolutely wonderful. Food was good and the green garden was the best! No noise no disturbance and managed to had a lovely good sleep. Restaurant staff are wonderful as well, they are very helpful and specially the girls who make omelette and the kind boy making the fresh juice. I also appreciate the driver service although we didnt manage to get one on the way to the airport but that’s understandable as our flight is later in the day and they were out of working hours. The driver Nader was so helpful and was there waiting for us at the airport when we arrived. Thank you all for the great time, me and my family really enjoyed the stay, if it only could be closer to city center but overall I would definitely recommend it.

Nothing, even when I wanted to change the room they did change our room la to be next it to each others it no extra money

Our hotel stay was pleasant, we spent 3 days at the regency and found the services great, strong WiFi connection, excellent reception hospitality especially Shaima for her exceptional service regarding our room, and a big cheers to Ahmed from the kitchen staff and Reda from the restaurant staff whom both made sure our early breakfast was well put and taken care of especially that we had an early flight and they dedicated a special time for my family to get great breakfast before we checked out the hotel.

The staff were super friendly and welcoming, especially with our two kids. We arrived at the hotel to fresh juice while we checked in. Later, a plate of sweets and fresh fruit were delivered as a welcome present. The hotel has lots of space to explore and the grounds were lovely. The indoor pool was heated, which our kids loved. Our room has a lovely enclosed terrace with views of the outdoor pool and ocean. The food was excellent at the hotel and the room service had incredible options. The breakfast was expansive and of good quality. There was even a customer service staff member regularly greeting us daily and helping book cabs.

The room key often did not work and took several times to get into our room - which after a few days is annoying, especially when you are coming back from the pool with kids. Some parts of the hotel also look a bit old and need some attention.

The hotel was at an excellent location, beachfront, and they picked me up at the airport, which made my travel even more comfortable. The room was spacious and had an amazing view on the pool and the sea. The staff was exceptionally kind and helpful. A little modernization would not hurt, but I thought that was also part of the charm. I would be happy to return.

Amazing stay for 3 days at the regency! Great atmosphere for the holiday season, reception staff are extra nice and polite. Big big cheers to ahmed from the kitchen staff and Reda from the restaurant staff who provided exceptional breakfast for our early breakfast due to an early flight we had. Cleaning staff are polite and respectful, big cheers to them as well…

Loved the garden by the pool, the view the reception area offers, the quality of the bed, the prompt check in, the helpful and friendly staff at reception, the Thai food in the Thai restaurant which totally exceeded my expectations and which is a must to try !

the staff at the bar which could have been a bit more friendly and specially the staff in the bar pool which must change, the housekeeper who must wait till the client answers before opening the door (my complaint was correctly taken by the receptionist who did seem concerned and caring about this issue)

The personnel of the hotel was great. They were helpful and there was even a shuttle to the aeroprt which was exactly on the time I have requested. The welcome was exceptional too. The reception stuff were waiting for me and the room was ready even before the check-in. Some Tunisian traditional sweets were brought to my room upon arrival.

Miss CHIMA in reception is amazing , kind, lifesaver because she can talk french as well as english Fresh fruit juice in the breakfast that is free was gorgeous The indoor pool is so great

It was very well cleaned rooms. The stuff was unbeliveble friendly. They ready always to sereve quickly. Very good family atmosphere. The swimming pool was amazing for all ages .

The food varities were unexpected, althought the stuff them self friendly and ready to serve, but always there was slow serve. Ppl. Must wait long time to receive cup or plates specially breakfast time. Some times we find only one server like Mr. Khamiesy who was very active and did his best... thanks. Chees varieties were very less. Backing varieties execellant.
