I enjoyed the Continental breakfast. The fresh blueberries were a bonus. The room was very nice and clean with nice touches and toiletries. The owners were warm, welcoming, helpful and professional. Very welcoming and kind and pleasant people. You can see all the attention they give the place inside and out and truly treat each person as a welcome guest. The owner was sure to point out the Adirondack chairs near a very beautiful babbling brook on the property. I liked my stay so much I booked another night. I hiked Mt Greylock during my stay there.

Cozy Corner Motel was ideally situated for my trip to Williamstown, as my work site was just under a mile away. I was warmly greeted by staff upon arrival. The premises are bright and cheerful, with many homey touches. It does seem a family live at the motel, which I think is fantastic, and everyone had their role to play during my stay. The Cozy Corner Cafe (no relation) is right next door, which made finding dinner a breeze. My room was very nicely appointed, the bathroom also having been updated.

There were only 2 items of note. The first is that there was no refrigerator in my room, even though the property description says there is a fridge and microwave in each room. That was a factor in deciding to book here, but it turned out that I didn't need either, so not that big of a deal. The second itme of note: my room had what may be the brightest blue light on a wifi router ever. At some point, someone applied some gaffer tape to the broadest part of the lens, but, man, that thing is so bright, you can read a newspaper by it. I wound up throwing a towel over it. That's it. And if that is the worst thing about a place, it's a pretty cracking place, innit?

Really nice breakfast offering fresh waffles, fresh fruit, hard boiled eggs, bagels, cream cheese, peanut butter, yogurt sometimes, orange juice, acceptable coffee. Limited seating inside but lovely outdoor seating under the shade trees beside a beautiful babbling brook. Very pleasant start to each of our 4 days here! Spacious room with comfortable beds and pillows. nice decor! Friendly, pleasant owners. Quiet wooded setting near a nice restaurant and main roads. Low rates for such a nice place!!

We loved it here. Minor complaint was the coffee in room coffee maker rather weak and undrinkable....I solved this by storing a cup of prepared breakfast coffee in the fridge so that I could have iced coffee next morning.

The people at the Cozy Corner are wonderful, warm, kind people. The bed and pillows were very good and they have a really nice shower, one of the best. Also, approx. 150' away is the Cozy Corner restaurant, not fancy but decent solid food and very reasonably priced. I have stayed at this hotel and dined at the this restaurant 4 times and I keep going back. Breakfast is also decent at the hotel with fresh blueberries and freshly made hard boiled eggs, as well as the usual items included in continental breakfasts.

I am a coffee snob and they could have better coffee, but the same is true at 90% of hotel/motels.

I can not say enough good things about this motel, discovered through Booking.com and chosen based on price and location. What a pleasant surprise to find how close to Williams College (3 minutes) and how beautiful the surroundings! (I was here for a conference at Mass MoCA museum, an 11 minute drive.) Friendly and caring owner Ray and his wife miss no details in creating an exceptional experience. The furniture and decor have been recently updated, and every inch is clean, nicely painted, and well appointed-- no blemishes, cobwebs, or dust. The AC unit, tv, and fridge are recent and good models. There are tons of outlets, good lighting at bed- and desk-side, a full sized ironing board, nice curtains, and even three different sized bed pillows (!). Outside, the upper deck and lower porch have benches with potted flowers overlooking sunset behind the Berkshires. In the yard, they've created a stylish and homey patio with picnic table and adirondack chairs next to a babbling brook and woods. The breakfast had cereal, bagels, bread, hb eggs, and waffle maker. Right next is a restaurant that had several patrons at dinner time. What more could one ask for?

Proprietor has thought of everything to make your stay the best... comfortable bed yep! bedside table with lamp with extra sockets at base yep! desk and chair yep! mirror with a lamp next to it in bedroom yep! bathroom with CLEAN smelling towels (not the gross fake clean laundry scent) yep! loads of toiletries and lots of hot water in the rainshower bath yep! And did I say CLEAN CLEAN CLEAN yep! Complimentary, ample and varied breakfast is served from 8-10 am and the proprietor is always refreshing items. Motel is on the outskirts of Williamstown, next to a pretty brook with Adirondack chairs under shade trees for peaceful viewing. Lastly, the proprietor was the most hardworking, conscientious, and thoughtful man. He exemplifies what made America the greatest country on Earth.

The hotel is conveniently located and the staff was friendly. The room was clean, cozy and quiet! We slept very well. If we travel in the area again, we would definitely stay here. There is also a cozy restaurant right in front of the hotel to have a warm delicious meal so there was no need to drive anywhere.

The breakfast was minimal. No waffles, the front desk said they ran out. The orange juice was horrid, even my husband who doesn't like to waste food wouldn't finish it. If you offer breakfast but run out of something, a few pieces of fruit - banana, apples, etc. could easily make up for what's lacking. Also there are only 2 small tables. I gave my chair up so a mother could sit with her 3 sons. Also, there was a bright light at the head of the bed against the wall that would come on and sometimes blink. At first I thought it was light coming in from the curtained window. A bit disconcerting but we could sleep nevertheless.

What a gem. The staff were very welcoming. There was a variety of fresh fruit at breakfast and a good selection of bagels. The bathroom was updated. Lots of lighting. A very comfortable bed. The fridge was a big help. There is a lovely patio by a brook. Easy access into Williamstown for The Clark Institute, restaurants, etc. The room felt more like a little cabin than a motel room.

The location was very well placed to visit so many historic sites in the area. The room was quiet, and well equipped with coffee and tea making facilities, nice clean towels and good size bathroom!, Although the motel was fully booked there was plenty of room for breakfast either in the breakfast room or taking it to your room!. The continental breakfast was well stocked with hot and cold selection. If some items ran low it was quickly replenished!! The owners made you feel very welcome and open to advising the best routes to places of interest!

This small family-run motel is reminiscent of travel in the past, when personal attention and care were shown to travelers. The room and bath were very clean and nicely outfitted, and the breakfast was fresh and substantial. I got takeout from the restuarant right next door and ate it by the lovely creekside, making for a nice evening. The host is kind and attentive. Good value for the money.
