I always like the suites and the coffee machine in the lobby has the BEST coffee!! Also, Miss Keisha and almost all the staff I’ve encountered have been AMAZING!! With the exception of one…..

The lady that works overnight! I don’t remember her name and I don’t want to say for sure but I think it’s JuJu….shes the darker skin lady that wears the wigs and always had the PINK wig band still on the wig! She is just down right nasty and ALWAYS has a bad attitude! I’m actually calling the corporate office on her Monday to make an official complaint. I don’t understand how she’s there when everyone else is so amazing!

It can benefit from cleaning at least the floor on the receiving area there were crumbs and little droppings on the floor…could be from guests but housekeeping should at least e mindful especially it’s the receiving area and first impression matters…. The trash in our sink area was not emptied too from the previous occupants but it didn’t bother us since we didn’t plan on cooking or using the kitchen but as i said…basic housekeeping.

Staff were very helpful and informative. The room was clean and felt like staying in an apartment which was very nice. I appreciate having stovetops, washer/dryer and a nice Fridge to cook all my food in house. Hallways were clean, location was amazing for Groceries and getting on to the highway to head downtown! Would highly recommend staying here!

The bed was a Full Size bed when the room was supposed to be a Queen Sized Bed. The TV in the bedroom wasn’t a Smart TV so I was unable to watch/use subscriptions I had, but they had Direct TV that had plenty of channels.

I got this two bedroom suite for two nights so my son and I could go to a wrestling show down in that area and it was just like being in my own apartment. They had every amenity of an apartment would have and we truly enjoyed ourselves. My only drawback was the hardwood floors throughout the entire Hotel because there was nothing to absorb sound so neighbors and people above you could be heard pretty easily. It was pretty clean the only exception was we found a pan of food in our oven that had apparently been there for a while because it stunk so bad. But the staff was great they were super friendly and very accommodating... would definitely stay there again

very nice location, walmart is just a literal minute away! loved the luxury feel too, very nice. the full kitchen is a major plus!

wasn’t very clean. like the floors weren’t properly cleaned ever. i would have sticky black dust all over my feet, so i started wearing socks around my unit the entire time. would have also been nice to have better cookware as well. the cookware provided was very cheap and inconvenient to work with.

We loved the location and "apartment" style of the room. Loved having a washer and dryer too! Came home with all clean clothes!

Our room was clean, but in a little disarray when we arrived, as if housekeeping left before they were done and forgot to come back and put the furniture back. That was little odd when we first walked in from a long day of flying, but over all the room was great!

Every time we come to NC we stay here, nice place, friendly staff, great location & quiet. Next to a Walmart awesome

The bed & pillow in our recent stay was uncomfortable , bed was very noisy. Just rolling out of bed and it would make noise.

I loved how the room looked like it was new. It didn't look old and rusty like other hotels. I love that about it. It was spacious and very comfortable. I will absolutely stay here again.

My room was extremely cold when I first got in it. I tried to open the windows to get warmer air in but the window didn't open by design. The temperature was set to 55 degrees in my room and the heat did not come on when I set it to heat. I was very cold that night in the room. But it warmed up the next day to the 70s, so I was better.

Overall the facility was clean. In a good location. Quiet. Was able to cook or wash laundry if needed in our room. We were able to order groceries or door dash if we wanted.

When we first arrived the suite we got had not been cleaned at all yet. The second room had shoes left in the closet some dishes that had not been cleaned properly and the window seals were dirty like they had mildew and dead insects in it. The bed frames sounded and felt like they could easily fall to the floor at any moment. Would have liked to have had an ice machine so we didn't have to wait for the freezer to make it or buy a bag for one night

EVERYTHING! Home away from home. Everything from the size of the suite, the appliances to include the washer and dryer in suite, the comfort and even the internet speeds were exceptionally well. Cannot forget the excellent customer service!

Honestly could not find anything to complain about. The battery on my door lock needed to be replaced when I got checked in but the staff member working that evening went above and beyond to replace the battery an hour later. A++ customer service!
