I had a wonderful stay at Tree Elanza. The staff were extremely friendly and provided excellent customer service from check-in to check-out. The breakfast was absolutely delicious with a great variety of options to choose from. I also appreciated the cleanliness of the toilet, which was spotless and well-maintained. Overall, it was a great experience

However, I did notice that the bed linens could have been a bit cleaner. While it didn’t significantly affect my overall experience, paying extra attention to this detail would elevate the comfort of the stay even further.

The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a short stay. The bed was decent, the bathroom was tidy. Staff were polite and check-in was smooth. A special mention to the reception manager, MANIKANDAN, who was very welcoming and helpful during check-in. He made the whole process smooth and was quick to assist with any questions I had. Overall, a solid place to stay if you're just looking for a clean, quiet room at a reasonable price.

The property is a very affordable homestay in Kodaikanal city, and the staff is extremely friendly and approachable. Mr. John kindly upgraded us to a Triple Bed room instead of the Duplex Room I originally booked, at no additional charge, which was very generous of him.

Nothing like that. However, the heater timings should be informed to guests in advance. On the bright side, they offer a delicious homemade buffet, which my family and I thoroughly enjoyed.
