Nothing. Just keep in mind that hot water shower is starts really hot at the beginning 1-2 mins, then it becomes milder. Not hot! This happened to me in 4 star hotel, Arena beach hotel, too. Maybe, here in Maldives I guess it’s common. If u face such problem, then u may talk to the owner, he is very kind. For me it was just one night so I didn’t bother.

Bottomline: The staff is exceptionally friendly and the apartment exceptionally clean. Cleanliness: I am quite picky when it comes to cleanliness and my expectations have been more than fulfilled in this regard. Room: No window but an attached washroom and everything you need (air con, fan, hair dryer, consumables such as tooth brushes etc.) Location: Malé is quite small so there is nothing much to say about the hotel's location as one spot is as good as another. Staff: Outstanding in every regard! I've rarely stayed at a place where everyone was so determined to make me feel cared about.

The hospitality of the staff stood above everything. They always make sure the communication was thorough and I never had to miss any information. They even answered silly questions about dress etiquette in Male. Nadine was super helpful and always respsonsive. And our luggage helper was super helpful and nice to us. The room was small but super clean with everything you need to make life comfortable and right in the middle of town, easily walking to everywhere.

There wasn't much of storage space on the bathroom and the light in the room was sometimes blinking.

The location is very good near the main road. And we can walk from the hotel to the ferry port or speed boat port which is super convenient for islands travelers. This whole building is safe with its own building locker and clean. The elevator and stairs are clean; the shared kitchen is very clean and room is also very clean. The staff are super helpful and nice. When we almost arrived the hotel from the airport and the taxi driver cannot find the hotel, the staff came to main road and pick us up. The receptionist communicated well in English and helped us confirmed the spot of our speed boat also the ferry to another island. We really appreciated that. They provided welcoming towers and one bottle of water for your stay.

Although everywhere is clean inside this hotel building, there is one thing that could be improved. The bed sheet was a little old and uncomfortable, with little stains. For this price, this part do need to be enhanced.

One of the best hotels we've ever stayed in Male! The staff is very polite and always ready to help. Words cannot express how pleased we were with such hospitality. As for the rooms: they are clean and cozy. There is a shared kitchen with everything you need. You can even cook yourself something on it! By the way, you can order food from the menu at the hotel and the portions will be large and delicious. It's cheaper than eating in a cafe in the city! Thank you to the staff and the owner for their help and hospitality. The person at the reception helped us figure out how to get to another island and gave us tips on what to see in the city.

We stayed at Tour Inn for a night before heading to Thulusdoo, and the experience was outstanding. From the airport transfer to the reception and every staff member we encountered, the service was exceptional. Everyone was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. When we missed our boat to Thulusdoo, the staff kindly offered us a delicious complimentary lunch and even provided a room for us to relax in while we waited for the next boat. Their hospitality truly made a difference in our trip. We’ll definitely be coming back. Thank you to the entire team!

We had a wonderful stay at Tour Inn in Male. The hotel offers a perfect balance of comfort, convenience, and excellent service. The room was modern, clean, and well-maintained, providing everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, always going the extra mile to ensure we felt welcomed. Although the hotel is located in a busy area, the windows are double glazed, and we didn't have any major noise issues during our stay. An added bonus is the option for airport transfer with a shuttle service for $25 both ways for two people, which was very convenient. We also enjoyed the company of two funny parrots in the hotel lobby, which added a lovely touch to our experience. If you're looking for a cozy, well-located spot in Male with exceptional service, we highly recommend Tour Inn!

I had an amazing experience at this hotel, largely thanks to the incredibly attentive and hardworking staff! The standout was definitely the young man handling various duties, from room cleaning and service checks to carrying luggage and assisting guests. We arrived around noon, and he was actively helping guests with a cheerful energy that was evident even the next morning when we left. Not only did he bring our food promptly and assist with our luggage, but he also made sure we had a taxi ready when we checked out. His dedication and warm smile truly made our stay memorable—this level of service absolutely deserves appropriate recognition and reward!

The customer service we received from Tour Inn was excellent. The transfers organized by them were perfect. After the speedboat they collected us and we got in a air-conditioned nice smelling car. The guy at the hotel took all our luggage from our hands. At reception we were welcomed with a cold towel to refresh and cold water to drink. The room had a minibar and you have access to a kitchen and lounge. We loved our stay there.

Nothing, we had a room with a window this time that made a huge difference.

We booked the stay for our last night in Maldives to get to the airport the next day without stress. It was perfect! We were greeted with water, a cold towel to refresh ourselves and led to a spotless clean room by friendly staff. The bed was comfortable, there was air con as well as a fan and it was really silent. The transfer to the airport was organised right away for 10$.

Payment for the airport transfer came at an extra cost as we paid cash in local currency. Dollars are more welcome.
