Room view was excellent. Room was big and bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good. Room service was good. Laundry service very good. Gym was good compared to many hotels.

The hotel was not busy and twice when we went to have dinner in the hotel we got told we would have to wait 90 minutes for food as they’re busy. This wasn’t acceptable and it got rectified by management. This isn’t acceptable when you have a toddler and there isn’t many places near by to the hotel. There could be more to do at this hotel with so much space. Wasn’t always staff at the pool area so I’d have to go into the restaurant from the pool which is quite far to get a drink. Do not order a set menu. There was one other table occupied at dinner time and it took 110 minutes to get our main course. 50 minutes for a salad.

Excellent choice at breakfast, great service, we ate outside so a great location too. All staff are really helpful and friendly and cannot do enough to be of assistance, so a big thank you to them. The shuttle service to the town centre works well, very little time waiting to be picked up or dropped off.

We ate at the restaurant in the evening of our arrival, unfortunately it didn’t meet with our expectations, service was good but one main meal was not as ordered and returned only to be below standard. Some guests, mainly large tour groups, tend to be extremely loud when communicating with each other and shouting across the resort, it spoils the calm aura of the resort.

From the incredible views as you first walk in to the very welcoming, smiling friendly staff everything thing about this resort is first class. The huge clean pool was amazing. The pool staff were very accommodating frim bringing me a bottle of water to moving my chair into the shade and also bringing over fresh towels and collecting the used ones. The restaurant staff remembered what coffee we drank and on our second morng brought over coffees without us asking. Front desk staff were always helpful and amazing to deal with. Free shuttle bus to and from town was excellent service. Restaurant food was perfect.

I absolutely loved the pool area! The view of the mountains is simply breath taking. The breakfast was very delicious and had a great selection to choose from. The staff were also incredibly friendly and made the stay even better.

The hotel is on the edge of the town and it will take a good 20 minutes on foot to walk to/from the town center. However, the hotel provides complimentary shuttle service and will drop you off wherever you ask them to within the town.

The resort was everything we could of asked for and more. The standout was the amazing view from the pool and the helpfulness of staff . The food at the hotel was great, with the breakfast buffet offering a wide range of tasty food and the lunch options being a mix of western and Asian.

The hotel was a bit out of town but a free shuttle service was provided . In addition , there was construction work infront the hotel which could be distracting.

Everything from the breakfast, to the rooms, facilites and staff were impecable. The staff made sure we had the best time and made everything much easier for us. We ended up extending our stay there an extra day because it was so wonderful. This was one of the highlights of our trip to Laos. We hope to come back in the future.

Breakfast was excellent with a wonderful choice of food as well as great smoothies. The gym was well equipped and a welcome facility. The staff were lovely, always keen to serve and remember your individual preferences. The design of the resort gave a wonderful feeling of space.

Some of the guests were rather noisy but other than that, nothing.

The appearance of super clean place, new furniture and spacious rooms. Very friendly and courteous staff. Magnificient view from the room.

Not possible to hang your towels in the bathroom to dry and re-use. That will help the green image of the facility.

We loved our stay at Tmark resort. the property is beautiful and the sights from the hotel are exceptional. It is a bit far out of the way but there is a free shuttle that was excellent. The General Manager, Daryll went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay. He was reachable 24/7 for any questions we had and supported us with arranging shuttle pick up and drop off, booking activities and making lunch reservations. I have stayed in many 5 star hotel but I have to say I never meet someone as hospitable and professional as Daryll! He made our stay 1000% better!

Everything was great - the only comment I have is on the food. We had lunch at the restaurant, and it was mediocre although the breakfast was great!

We had such a great experience at this hotel, it was spatious, clean and comfortable. Staff was professionnal and friendly. The location was a bit remote but the free shuttle was convenient to access the city center.

Please stop providing single-use plastic (cosmetics, slippers...): this is such a waste!
