Pretty

Hotel for Vietnamese people. The bed was so hard my butt hurt while I sat there for a few minutes.Crazy crazy hard.Terrible shower.By the second time you turn on the water,it will come out just a little stream of water and you have to take off the shampoo with that. Too little shampoo and shower gel. They give you two medium(rather small) towels and 2 smaller towels,by the second day they took one of the medium towels and never returned it so i had to dry my hair with the small one. Noisy building at night, pretty old. The cafe downstairs has the menu in Vietnamese, the lady working there couldn’t speak a word in English and quite expensive. She wanted me to charge me 25k for a ginger tea, which is the same price for coffee. I checked and in other places in the area the tea is way cheaper,it justs didnt make sense. Then, I only stayed in that hotel because it wasn’t far from Ba Na Hills, which is the main reason why I went to Da Nang, but was it worth it? No. There is absolutely nothing in the area, you cant even buy a bottle of water nearby.Terrible location. Worst of all,the towels and bedsheets had stains.I’ ‘m not saying they didnt clean it,but if a stain doesn’t come out at least change it or something,it just looks terrible.I dont knoew if you can see but the glass has a stain and the water they give you in a crystal bottle tasted AWFUL,i wonder if it was tap water...

Nguyen... A girl who doesn't even work there, as I got it

Everything. When I arrived, the gates were closed. The cafe (main entrance) doors were with a lock on them. Wow. Thank God a nice taxi driver was waiting for me to get it safely and he didn't leave. So, he found the phone of the property, he called by himself for me! Can you believe that? Such a kindhearted person. A man over the phone told me to wait as "someone would open the doors for you now". So, the taxi driver offered me to stay in his car with AC on. After 30 minutes Nguyen came out and opened the gates. She gave me the key and said to go to the second floor. No passport request, nothing. Well, ok. The room was so dirty (you can see it clearly in the pics of mine), bed cloth, geez. I wanted to cry. The worst part is the bed. The mattress is made of wood, nothing else. Your spine would crash and your bones would beg you for mercy. It was the biggest torture for me. Look at the picture of the cleanness in the bathroom 😢 there's no food near by, so you have to survive somehow. Nguyen was my golden helper throughout these two days. She saved me and helped me a lot. In tons of things. Thanks to her. I'd never recommend this place to any foreigner, maybe for vietnamese it's a luxurious place... Not for us, guys. Truly. The next day I was going to My Son Sanctuary, so I was going to leave the place at 5am. Guess what I saw when went downstairs? The garage door closed. Boom! I couldn't open it, all other doors were locked. I was so furious. I had to call Nguyen again and ask her to open the door. What a nightmare. Nguyen was the one who helped me out ordering the food one day. I paid the delivery lady in the end. I won't come to this place again. Sadly. I had to leave it and book another property for 1 night
