New and modern Hotel on fist coastline) the architectural design makes it stand out from other hotels, the gray stone in combination with the green trees planted on the walls of the hotel look like an oasis among stone buildings. 5 stars without a doubt, excellent and friendly service, the interior of the hotel is magnificent. the room is clean, cool and always stocked with all accessories, it makes you happy, there is no need for anything, you just relax, and the hotel takes care of your comfort. The hotel's rooftop pool with beautiful view allows you to relax and forget about the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The sea is close across the road, and my favorite bar is also there, where you can enjoy cappuccino in the morning enjoying the voice of the sea. The location of the hotel is excellent, everything is accessible - restaurants, shops, embankment the city center can be reached in five minutes by taxi. You can drive to the Dragon Bridge in five minutes and there you can walk along the embankment, visit shops, cafes and enjoy the views of the beautiful Da Nang. The hotel is modern and clean, with spacious rooms that are comfortable and well-designed. The breakfast was great, offering good vegan options, and the staff was friendly and attentive. The gym was excellent – very modern equipment, plenty of space for yoga and stretching, and we even had it all to ourselves during our stay.

There are a few areas where improvements could be made: • The room was a bit cool, especially the floor, which could benefit from some additional warmth. • Streaming services on the TV would be a welcome addition. • The price for a standard coffee at the rooftop bar was surprisingly high.

There was a good spread for breakfast. The pool views were amazing. The rooms were great. The fact that My Khe beach is right at it's doorstep was wonderful. The hotel spa was nice as well and really value for money thanks to the opening promo.

Our room was a little odd in that the towel hook was placed next to the sink and not near to the shower area, so the floor would get inevitably wet. There was also a very rainy day, when the hotel ran out of umbrellas to distribute to guests. The adaptor for our kettle was missing. One of the hotel staff was a little too harsh when reprimanding my son who was attempting to sit on the ledge of the pool.

There’s room for improvement in isolating the windows, but it’s great that you get free earbuds for a better night’s sleep!

Service was amazing the staff lovely helpful and polite, the food was exceptional with a large variety for all ethnicities, having a front sea view was prime, the infinity pool was amazing, having free afternoon tea daily was a bonus, having the kids area at the entrance of the hotel was great this kept our little 1 year old occupied while waiting for our room on arrival, great communication on arrival of expectations, close to laundry service 4 min walk away and was 20,000 Dong per Kg, having the beach across the road was epic, we didn’t just like the place we LOVED IT, it was definitely a big step up from the Muong Thang Son Luxury 5 star hotel we stayed at and we were in the presidential suite.

EVERYTHING was AMAZING I couldn’t fault the place.

Excellent hotel right on the My An beach front in Da Nang. The pools are clearly a top marketing and selling point and they are superb with incredible views of both the sea and Da Nang City (including the dragon bridge shooting out fire at the weekends if you squint in the distance from the roof top bar or rear pool). The room was excellent with all amenities we could wish for, except a bed side table on the left! The bar and pool staff were excellent, except for the day we arrived (Friday, changeover day?). The breakfast buffet was excellent, with lots of choice (though the bacon was always too tough).

50 Shades of grey! This hotel looks lovely with the greenery outside, but inside it is granite everywhere... grey floors, walls, pictures, furniture; rather dull! Many of the staff seemed very officious, which is fine, but it's not a personal service here... apart from the pool staff who recognised returning guests and we're always welcoming and attentive. You can't buy a glass of white/red wine at the bars...? Only a bottle and they're not cheap. If you don't want a standard generic gin in your g and t but want to choose a Bombay sapphire. e.g. - which is on the shelf in the bar... guess what? You have to buy the whole bottle.

This is a real modern hotel, but nice and harmonic from architectural point of view. The beach is very close, just you have cross the main road in front of the hotel -sometimes it's not without risk :-). The room was spacious with a view on the sea. Breakfast was very rich, with excellent foods. We've enjoyed the rooftop pool and the bar.

Be very careful with the excursions. We'd booked three. The one to My Son and Hoi An went well, but the travel agency two times combined the trips of different people, and in both of the cases we got reduced content of the excursions paid. You should clarify the content of the trips in advance carefully. I attach two funny pictures which demonstrate that in some cases the room was not absoultely ergonomic (safe and position of shelves in the lack of wardrobe).

Excellent hotel with a great view, facilities and staff were very kind (Anh Van was very helpful). Would stay again!

The hotel is brand new, super stylish and understands how to give guests a wonderful experience. Everyone was very friendly, everything was super clean and thought through. The room was clean, comfortable and perfectly set up. The pool and spa is a highlight! Located on a wonderful beach an cool district with many bars and restaurants. We highly recommend this hotel if you are looking for luxury and comfortable stay for a fair price. I also red some minor critics in the reviews but I had the feeling the hotel immediately corrected it: for example there were beach towels available, for breakfast the staff helped to find a nice seat and the complementary afternoon tea was a lovely treat.

Not much really..as we stayed for 2 weeks the breakfast was a bit samey but a shorter stay it wouldn't have mattered..unlike a lot of Asian hotels I have stayed in there was not a lot of local dishes to eat for breakfast apart from pho..and when other curries and local dishes were there they were quite bland. I suppose to cater for all nationalities.. Afternoon tea was sold as a free extra but was really just an extension of the breakfast buffet so we really only used it a few times..only real disappointment.
