New and modern Hotel on fist coastline) the architectural design makes it stand out from other hotels, the gray stone in combination with the green trees planted on the walls of the hotel look like an oasis among stone buildings. 5 stars without a doubt, excellent and friendly service, the interior of the hotel is magnificent. the room is clean, cool and always stocked with all accessories, it makes you happy, there is no need for anything, you just relax, and the hotel takes care of your comfort. The hotel's rooftop pool with beautiful view allows you to relax and forget about the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The sea is close across the road, and my favorite bar is also there, where you can enjoy cappuccino in the morning enjoying the voice of the sea. The location of the hotel is excellent, everything is accessible - restaurants, shops, embankment the city center can be reached in five minutes by taxi. You can drive to the Dragon Bridge in five minutes and there you can walk along the embankment, visit shops, cafes and enjoy the views of the beautiful Da Nang. The hotel is modern and clean, with spacious rooms that are comfortable and well-designed. The breakfast was great, offering good vegan options, and the staff was friendly and attentive. The gym was excellent – very modern equipment, plenty of space for yoga and stretching, and we even had it all to ourselves during our stay.

There are a few areas where improvements could be made: • The room was a bit cool, especially the floor, which could benefit from some additional warmth. • Streaming services on the TV would be a welcome addition. • The price for a standard coffee at the rooftop bar was surprisingly high.

Excellent hotel right on the My An beach front in Da Nang. The pools are clearly a top marketing and selling point and they are superb with incredible views of both the sea and Da Nang City (including the dragon bridge shooting out fire at the weekends if you squint in the distance from the roof top bar or rear pool). The room was excellent with all amenities we could wish for, except a bed side table on the left! The bar and pool staff were excellent, except for the day we arrived (Friday, changeover day?). The breakfast buffet was excellent, with lots of choice (though the bacon was always too tough).

50 Shades of grey! This hotel looks lovely with the greenery outside, but inside it is granite everywhere... grey floors, walls, pictures, furniture; rather dull! Many of the staff seemed very officious, which is fine, but it's not a personal service here... apart from the pool staff who recognised returning guests and we're always welcoming and attentive. You can't buy a glass of white/red wine at the bars...? Only a bottle and they're not cheap. If you don't want a standard generic gin in your g and t but want to choose a Bombay sapphire. e.g. - which is on the shelf in the bar... guess what? You have to buy the whole bottle.

This is a real modern hotel, but nice and harmonic from architectural point of view. The beach is very close, just you have cross the main road in front of the hotel -sometimes it's not without risk :-). The room was spacious with a view on the sea. Breakfast was very rich, with excellent foods. We've enjoyed the rooftop pool and the bar.

Be very careful with the excursions. We'd booked three. The one to My Son and Hoi An went well, but the travel agency two times combined the trips of different people, and in both of the cases we got reduced content of the excursions paid. You should clarify the content of the trips in advance carefully. I attach two funny pictures which demonstrate that in some cases the room was not absoultely ergonomic (safe and position of shelves in the lack of wardrobe).

Excellent hotel with a great view, facilities and staff were very kind (Anh Van was very helpful). Would stay again!

TL;DR: best hotel stay and best value for money. My husband and I stayed here at the end of our two week vacation and it was the best hotel of the whole trip (we stayed at a 5 star hotel in Hanoi and it’s nothing compared to this hotel). Check in: they provide you with welcome drinks and store your luggage for you. We were able to get to our room at 2pm Room: So clean, modern, and everything works well. They also set up our room for our honeymoon and the decorations were so nice and lovely! We had an ocean view with a couch. Bathroom: Super modern and clean and everything worked well. Trust me, even the toilet pressure and shower pressure. They also restocked the little amenities (toothbrush, toothpaste etc). Gym: my husband used it and said it’s clean and everything works properly Breakfast Buffet: the bestttt foood you can get. Everything is so fresh and the options were amazing. Staff: great & attentive staff! Shoutout to our housekeepers, front door staff, receptionists, dining hall staff & the pool guy! Rooftop pool: absolutely great and they keep everything clean. I spoke to the doorman and he said the hotel is only about a year old. If you get the chance to stay here I would HIGHLY recommend it. It was the best bang for our buck. Thanks again M Hotel for being a great way to end our trip in Vietnam.

I initially booked a 3-day stay at M Hotel in Da Nang, but the experience was so exceptional that I extended my stay to a full two weeks. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the hotel’s modern design, impeccable cleanliness, and stunning views overlooking the city and ocean. Every corner of the property is meticulously maintained, creating a luxurious and comfortable atmosphere. The location is also ideal, with easy access to Da Nang’s vibrant attractions while still offering a peaceful retreat. A special mention must go to the hotel’s management team, particularly Manager Quynh Anh, whose dedication and professionalism truly set this hotel apart. Quynh Anh went above and beyond to ensure my stay was flawless, accommodating my needs with grace and efficiency. Her warm and approachable demeanor made me feel incredibly welcome, and her team reflects the same high standard of hospitality. I’ve traveled extensively, and the service here ranks among the best I’ve ever experienced. I cannot recommend M Hotel enough for anyone visiting Da Nang.

New hotel with huge rooms. Great shower and a comfortable bed. The swimming pool is lovely on the top floor, although we didn’t use it due to cloudy weather. The breakfast buffet selection was great. We also used the laundry service which was not too expensive and our clothes came back smelling great and folded nicely.

We had to queue for breakfast on the first day, although only for about 5 mins as the hotel staff brought more tables and sorted this out quickly. One of the hotel staff was quite insistent on us using their local taxi to get to Hoi An (even though we were about to order a grab taxi through the app), we ended up agreeing and then were being sold tours and other services all throughout our journey there. Not a huge problem, just something to be aware of if you want a quiet ride into Hoi An.

Really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We looked at several options as wanted somewhere clean, modern with a good location and this was perfect. The hotel is directly opposite the beach and there are lots of restaurants and coffee shops in the area behind the hotel. It's 15 mins drive from the airport and easy to get a car to travel to main tourist spots like the Monkey Mountains, Hoi An and the centre of Da Nang. The hotel is much larger than I expected and the rooms are very clean and spacious - the whole hotel has a very new and modern feel. The breakfast area is very large and it can get quite busy. The views from this hotel are incredible especially from the pool areas at the top.

The room cleaning time is up to 5pm we were told, so sometimes had to request our room to be cleaned earlier as it's nice to return to a clean room after a day out. Sometimes it was a bit tricky to communicate with staff due to the language barrier - but we got there! Otherwise, very happy with our stay here.

An Unforgettable Stay at M Hotel – Perfect for Our Honeymoon! We recently stayed at the M Hotel in Da Nang for our honeymoon and it exceeded all our expectations. We booked the Junior Suite, and it was absolutely amazing. The suite featured a spacious lounge area and a separate bedroom, which gave us the perfect blend of comfort and privacy. The bedroom itself was generously sized and included a luxurious bath and shower, making it feel like a little sanctuary. One of our favorite features was the walk-in closet – very roomy and ideal for longer stays. Being on the 25th floor, we barely heard any city noise – maybe the occasional hoot from traffic, but nothing that disturbed our peace. The hotel is incredibly clean and well-maintained throughout. Breakfast was another highlight – a wide and well-organized selection that catered to all tastes. And the rooftop pool? Breathtaking views and a perfect spot to unwind! If we had to point out one small downside, it would be the fridge in the room. It kept drinks cool enough to enjoy but not super cold. Still, this didn’t detract from the overall experience. As Da Nang continues to develop, there is some construction in the area. You might hear a bit of it, but it genuinely didn’t affect our stay at all. The location of M Hotel is fantastic – central and within walking distance of shops, restaurants, and spas. We found a gem of a restaurant just down the road called The Nam Restaurant, which served delicious, authentic Vietnamese food. We also booked all our private tours through Get Your Guide – highly recommended! Worth every penny for the personalized experience. Huge thank you to Thao and the entire team at M Hotel – your service was exceptional and truly made our honeymoon special. When we come back to Da Nang, we’ll definitely be staying here again!
