This resort literally blew my mind! I did not expect to be so amazed the 1st minute I entered the premises. As a frequent traveler worldwide, I honestly did not know what to expect as the pictures or comments may be biased at times but, Boy oh Boy, was I surprised?! I had stayed prior in an IHG Hotel in the city before to end my stay at the Intercontinental Peninsula so the commuting between these hotels wasn't of my best experience - using Grab. However, once we arrived at the property, all my discomfort from this commuting had vanished instantly. Simply amazing! The check-in took a little time as only 2 desks are there to operate the check-ins and check outs but they have arranged the waiting space in a way that let you sink in what would amaze you every day for the rest of your stay. The details in the decorations are astonishing! I honestly think that Bill Bensley has been divinely inspired! Impressive! The team, all well-trained and very professional greet you in a way that will make you feel "at home". I had decided to come and celebrate my birthday in this resort (and country) and I couldn't have chosen a better option. The room for which they offered me an upgrade was exquisite! The food was perfectly executed to my taste and the breakfast options were plenty to choose from. All freshly cut and/or cooked. I will absolutely recommend this hotel to my friends and family and can't wait to go back as soon as possible! This place now holds a special place to my heart... Bravo, Team! To not stay longer!

Our stay at InterContinental Danang was nothing short of spectacular! From the moment we arrived, we were treated like VVIPs, with the staff going above and beyond to ensure we had an unforgettable experience. They remembered our names, our room number, and provided such luxe treatment throughout our entire stay—it truly felt like a dream. We originally booked a Sky Level Suite, but to our surprise and delight, the hotel upgraded us to the Heaven Level, which offered phenomenal panoramic views. Waking up to the breathtaking scenery every morning was absolutely unforgettable, and the extra level of luxury made our stay even more special. The resort itself is breathtaking, nestled between lush mountains and a pristine private beach. Every detail of the property exudes elegance, and our suite was beautifully designed, providing the perfect mix of comfort and indulgence. What truly set this experience apart was the exceptional attention to detail and outstanding customer service. The staff didn’t just meet our expectations—they exceeded them. They surprised us with a beautiful 2-in-1 cake celebrating both my husband’s birthday and our part-two honeymoon, along with a bottle of wine, making our stay even more special. When we noticed our chandelier wasn’t working properly, they took immediate action to fix it and even followed up with sweet treats—a testament to how seriously they take guest satisfaction. We also loved seeing the monkeys around the property, especially near the pool, which added a unique and playful touch to our stay. One of our favorite activities was the wildlife expedition around the resort, where we got to explore the stunning biodiversity of the area. In addition to that, we experienced so much—sound baths, yoga, shore fishing, archery, and more. There is truly something for everyone to enjoy at this resort!

Nothing about the property, but I just didn't like how 4 days wasn't enough!

The resort itself is exceptional with beautiful decor and stunning views. The private beach is beautiful, the monkeys are cute (when kept in a safe distance) and there’re a great variety of activities to choose from. Truly a memorable stay in the resort.

Overall the staff is friendly, but the quality of the service can be better. We had messaged the hotel to arrange a friend’s birthday celebration during the stay, and the hotel offered to send a birthday cake to our room as a surprise. But when we arrived the receptionist asked us about the birthday plan in front of the birthday girl and ruined the surprise. This was followed by several misunderstandings or poor work handover, which led to delayed delivery of the cake. It would be better if the staff is better trained and pay more attention to details, considering this is a five-star hotel.

Our stay at this resort was nothing short of exceptional! The warm hospitality, outstanding service, and genuine care from the staff made our wedding anniversary celebration truly unforgettable. A heartfelt thank you to the entire team, especially Ritchie, for going above and beyond to make our experience so special. One of the highlights was the private BBQ dinner on the beach—it was beautifully arranged, with delicious food and a breathtaking setting that made the evening absolutely magical. The attention to detail and the serene ambiance throughout our stay created the perfect backdrop for a memorable getaway. We are deeply grateful for everything and highly recommend this resort to anyone seeking a relaxing and extraordinary experience. We can’t wait to return!

Loved the location. Super quiet.

Over enthusiasm of staff. When the housekeepers cleaned our room the head housekeeper would come and check in with us to see if it was clean. Then 30 minutes later her boss would call us to see what sort of job they did. Restaurant would call us and ask if we liked the breakfast and what could be better. Beach staff would come and chat for ages every time we went to the beach. One day we received 5 calls from different staff checking in. I’m on holidays I want to relax. Give me a questionnaire about the service rather than constantly hassle me while I’m trying to relax.

All inclusive. Staff were very attentive and added many personal touches for my fiancé and I, who had just become engaged on this trip. When we went for the complimentary cocktail evening, the staff presented us with a specially-made cocktail with a congratulatory message. When we arrived back at our room afterwards, there was a small cake for us, again with a congratulatory message, which we both found to be so special. The cable car was also fantastic for getting up and down to the beach.

The room was very nice and every detail of the design was well thought out. The views were wonderful and the architecture incredible. Saturday night BBQ at the beach was excellent. Every dish, especially the seafood & fish, were amazing. I would absolutely go back. The staff were also friendly and the kids club was the highlight for our family.

The atmosphere and service of the breakfast were very good and the views wonderful, but the food could have been better. The pho was on the salty side and the bun bo would be better with a bit more lemongrass. As much as possible, the hotel would benefit from more control of the local monkey population. The monkeys have clearly become accustomed to human food, are vicious, and have absolutely no fear of humans. On multiple occasions, groups of monkeys came onto the balcony of the room, and in one particular instance a large monkey swiped at our 5-year-old son's face, missing his nose and eyes by a few millimeters. The attack was completely unprovoked and had the effect of making us feel less safe and relaxed at the hotel.

Everything. From the amazing amenities to the tasty meals, the addicting aroma of the essential oils all throughout the resort and cold towels, to the unforgettable views and most importantly, the staff. We have been all around the world in wonderful resorts and have never had such attentive, friendly, kind staff. We were sad to leave, but so very thankful that we found this resort/people exist. 100/100 HIGHLY recommend!

That we had to check out and leave 😭

This hotel is just beautiful. The integration of a modern luxurious hotel seamlessly blending into the hills is such a wonderful experience. From our balcony we could see the monkeys roam around in their natural environment (who are very well behaved). The views from the balcony & pool area were absolutely stunning it was hard to want to leave the hotel everyday. The staff were so friendly and genuinely the kindest people we have ever met, who are all very proud of their lovely city, providing suggestions of places to eat and visit. The coffee at breakfast from “monkey beans” with a familiar logo was my favourite thing in the morning.

The resort is absolutely stunning, perfectly set in nature with breathtaking views of the ocean and surrounding greenery. The design is elegant and well thought out, combining luxury with comfort. Service was excellent throughout our stay, with staff attentive, professional, and always ready to assist. A special thank you to Guest Manager Chris, who went above and beyond to make sure everything was seamless and memorable.
