A budget-friendly hotel with different room types: some rooms even have a balcony or a kitchen, all rooms have a fridge, a TV, wifi and hot shower. The staff are friendly and helpful. The location is good (as I understand, it's the second most popular area) - it's close to My Khe beach and My Khe park, some cafes and eateries, massage and beauty salons, laundry services and minimarts. At the same time, it's much quieter, less crowded, and more peaceful than the most popular area MyAn. Great value for money! I stayed for 2+ weeks.

Some rooms/walls need fresh paint. The cafe and the restaurant inside the hotel are not working (since the pandemic) - it would be convenient to use them.

Room as advertised in the pictures, which is rare these days. Room and bathroom were very clean. Electric outputs next to the bed. Great location, restaurants, cafes, and shops right next door. 10 minute walk to the beach. Staff were lovely. Originally booked 3 nights and booked another 2.

Could have done with some seating on the balcony. Air-conditioning was a little temperamental, but it done the job. Noisy right on the main road, but nothing some ear plugs couldn't sort out. If you get your laundry done at the hotel, make sure you tell them not to mix whites with colours.. a lot of clothes were ruined by this simple mistake.

Location was excellent, only a few minutes from beach. Quiet at night as no bars in surrounding area. Lots of coffee, pho, Ban mi and other options right on the door step. Rooms where clean and as advertised and excellent value for the price. The staff are all excellent and helpful, from the 2 girls during the day to the night shift men all super friendly, welcoming and any enquiry they helped. We enjoyed our stay at rosabella and extended our time at the hotel twice as we loved the location. Thank you to all staff for our time in the hotel.

The property is nearby to most eateries, massage parlours, coffee joints and supermarkets It’s all within walking distance

Nothing to complain about the property We probably would like to suggest for someone who is at least bilingual so that there is no language barrier and communication will be more effective Other than that the staff are all great. The staff are very nice and polite

Nice room. We took a family room as it’s the only type with a balcony. A bit small but it was clean, well maintained and comfortable. Also in a great area with shops, good local restaurants and nightlife nearby. Easy walking distance to all as well as the beach 5 minutes away. The area is mixed between local and tourist, which we prefer. Everything we needed and wanted nearby, but no tourist BS. Would stay again.

We stayed in this hotel for 3 weeks and it was a very pleasant experience. Cleaning was done every day with good care, the room with balcont was spacious enough for 2 adults and 2 kids. The neighborhood is awesome, plenty of restaurants and shops, 10 min walk to the beach. Would definitely recommend for short to medium stay.

The room does not have kitchen facilities, only kettle and small fridge, but it was expected.

I think it was food poisoning, management were very accommodating, and kindly offered to bring me medication if I needed it. This level of kindness I have never experienced. Thank you so much 😊 I have been staying in my favourite room for the past 3 weeks. I live in Hoi An and frequent Da Nang weekly.

The cleaner did not replace the bathroom amenities, toothbrush, Comb etc. they removed the ones I used without replacing.

A short walk to the beach.Water is clear and you can see fish swimming. A short walk to buy fresh croisants baked daily...yum. Friendly staff helped out with some great sight seeing deals and helped with getting around. Room service was really good.

The room safe didnt work but didn't need it. Some things a little worn but overall clean and good value.

Location isn’t central, but if you’re with a bike it’s fine. Very clean very nicely kept, courteous staff. I enjoyed my stay

There’s no views really, so if that’s what you’re looking for… and i would definitely change the trash bin at the bathroom, it’s rusty and crumbling and isn’t up to the rest of the room standards. I think it’s such a small thing it can easily be addressed. Maybe put another bin at the main living area for convenience, and not just that small one.

The rooms are exactly like the photos. Fair sized, clean and comfy beds. The location is great, easy walk to the beach and a longer but manageable walk to the river. Plenty of shops and restaurants around and the main food and entertainment area is a short taxi ride away. The staff are great, helpful and friendly. All in all it's excellent value for money.
