This is a for your very own cottage- basically a little house all to yourself! No check-in building; contacted by manager and met onsite for entry. Located 5-10 minutes from fun but far enough away for peace. Gated area with code and wild deer all over! Cottage photos don't do it justice- alot roomier than it appears. 1 large king bedroom with walk-in closet, fully furnished kitchen with stove, fridge, microwave, coffee pot, sink. Bar and table seating. 2 sofas. Large bathroom with walk-in shower (no tub). Hot tub with Bluetooth. Felt private and cozy. Perfect for a couple's getaway. Price was good for quality- hope it stays affordable.

No tv, although was ok with us since we stayed gone alot. Wish the shower had more water pressure.

This place is amazing. We enjoyed the fact that it was out in the country yet close to all the activities, that is was quiet. We really enjoyed the hot tub even though it was cold and breezy outside it was a must do for us. No electronic devices to take away from spending quality time with my husband as it was our 10th wedding anniversary. I would total recommend this property to all. We even got the opportunity to speak with the owner and he was very informative. Thank you so much we will for sure be back again!

The cottage was absolutely perfect. Loved the location and how secluded it was. It was very clean and owner has very nice and accommodating. The house had everything you need to make you feel at home. We enjoyed the hot tub and sitting on the porch just listing to nature. There was no tv which was fine with us. It was nice to disconnect. The location was about 8 to 10 minutes from Main St and lots of wineries which we enjoyed. We will definitely be back in the fall.

Great location out of the hustle and bustle of the city but quick drive to downtown Fredericksburg. Bonus was the hot tub!

Nice cozy place, just far enough away from town to be quiet, peaceful, and private. Each one has it's own hot tub a few steps away.
