Great location on the beach with lots of restaurants nearby. Staff are super nice and helpful. Room was great and housekeeping did a great job. We loved the live band Mix n Match - they really livened up the evenings. Swimming pool was big and lots of activities for the children. Also loved the adult’s infinity pool and Suasana Spa!

Wait staff in Cassia restaurant need better training - they have a great attitude but clearly not well trained. Laundry service was prompt but clothes were not ironed properly. Pool did not have a lifeguard (there were signs warning that there is no lifeguard)

We liked everything: the facilities, the location next to the beach, the room, and the hospitality. Specially Mr. Aziman who was a great help to us during our stay and was a life saver. The staff are generally hospitable and very kind and supportive. This resort is fully recommended.

We loved our stay at the Parkroyal. Clean, comfortable room, fabulous pool and facilities, great location on the quieter beach with just a 10 minute walk to the main beach. The staff were so friendly and helpful and the restaurant went over and above to accommodate our daughter's gluten free (coeliac) diet. We wouldn't hesitate to book again.

Friendly, courteous, and helpful satff. The front office was excellent and tried their best to provide the best possible stay for the guest. I was fortunate that Emma was very helpful and had a friendly disposition while communicating. She was also patient and tried her best to resolve any issues that arise. The breakfast spread was excellent with a great variety of food to choose from. The staff worked hard to keep things clean and presentable with their ever friendly smile. The housekeeping did a great job to ensure that the room was always clean and replenish the bottled water daily. Although the price is a bit steep, it was value for money. A great and wonderful stay at Park Royal, Langkawi.

This is the only thing I didn’t like was how some people were dressed and how it was allowed by the property especially with the property being a halal resort a lot of Asian families booked this resort and I feel that especially with such a classy hotel that is a 10/10 they should have a dress code for swim wear and also for what is worn in the hotel as this can put Muslim families off this hotel. Especially with this being a Muslim country it is something for the hotel to maybe consider as it’s not fair on the women the families that spend a lot of money to come to a halal Muslim destination and be faded with nudity. But everything else to do with the actual hotel from the staff to the room was a 10/10 I cannot fault.

Exceptional standard of accommodation. Two sparkling pools (all ages and adults only.) The resort has been designed to provide shade and also draw the cooling breeze through the common areas. Situated right on the beach and located an easy walk to restaurants, massage and entertainment. Onsite buffet restaurant offered a great selection at breakfast and lunch, we often ate at nearby restaurants for dinner. We had a birthday dinner for my wife at “Lancava” the five-star restaurant onsite. The quality of food, attention and friendliness of the staff made for an unforgettable night.

I didn’t like the fact that we never had really hot water for showers. I could not hear the tv and could not adjust volume I did not appreciate that we were not not informed of roof top pool closure until the day before we arrived and not informed of restaurant closure until we were there. We asked for wake up call which we never received and for booking a restaurant which did not happen either The dining room was also full of buckets to collect water

This is a brand new hotel, clean and modern, located on a beautiful stretch of beach. There is a massive pool on the main floor and a super cool infinity pool overlooking the ocean on the 5th floor. Ordering room service, snacks/drinks from the beach or pool are done using a barcode, which links to an app to place your order. Very convenient and efficient...I can't wait for all restaurants/resorts to implement this.

No proper coffee machine in the room. Most all hotels have pool coffee machines this day and age.

The rooms were immense, very spacious, very modern, and with awesome views, especially at sunset! The food was good, and the location in Langkawi was super, especially for the beach. The price of alcohol in the hotel was decent, with a couple of shops nearby for other options, including snacks... The restaurant at the front of the hotel was excellent, with super service and ambiance too.

The biggest bug-bear was the lack of sun beds around the pools, both for the families, and at the adults-only pool. Also, people seem to believe that it's fair to put towels on the sun beds, and then not return for hours on end, this is just not acceptable, and should be stamped out by the staff.

We had a fantastic stay and it was perfect for our family with kids! From the moment we arrived, everything was smooth and well-organized, including the check-in and check-out process. Our kids absolutely loved the play area, swimming pool, and the beach. There were plenty of activities to keep them entertained, making it an enjoyable and relaxing experience for us as parents. The environment was peaceful, clean, and family-friendly, creating a comfortable atmosphere for everyone. The food was excellent, with a great selection that pleased both adults and children. The room was spacious, well-maintained, and provided all the comforts we needed for a pleasant stay. Overall, it was a wonderful experience.
