The overall experience was amazing! Breakfast was typical hotel breakfast and ended up being better than I expected. They had bagels, cream cheese, smoked salmon, coffee, fruit, yogurt, granola and cereal. Nothing fancy but it served it purpose. The grounds were gorgeous and the available activities were great. We enjoyed the pool, sauna, kayaks, boat cruise, bocce ball, and lazing spots and everything was above expectations. The staff were very helpful and the rooms were cozy and clean.
The only restaurant on property was okay but not amazing.

Lovely property. This was the perfect place to kick back and relax for a few days. The restaurant is a little pricey but delicious! We also booked a sunset cruise the hotel offered through a local captain and he and his wife have a great tour and insight into the fishermen in the bay. Only things that could improve is the bed, that was a little uncomfortable and the AC was stuck in economy mode so it got warm in the middle of the night. We would stay again but would probably book a king room or book one of the dog friendly room to bring our dogs.

We checked in Sunday and restaurants were closed Monday and Tuesday . Disappointing.

The pool, kayaks, and outdoor space were great. Breakfast was continental and sufficient in the early morning.
The restaurant was pricey, alcoholic drinks were not tasty and very strong. The breakfast was not replenished quickly, so if you arrived at 9 am, the choice became very limited. The room did not have a light in the entrance, and there was no microwave or mini fridge. We moved a side bed table to have a place to sit besides the bed. The sink was clogging but housekeeping did fix the problem.

The property grounds are very pretty with greens, piers and dockside areas, lawn chairs and fire pits to sit by and watch the water. One of my favorites was their wood-burning cute little sauna, just awesome! The rooms were very clean and I felt I had all I needed for a short trip. I loved their use of in-room iPads for all the logistics (hotel info, restaurants, maps etc.). The staff were so nice and helpful. We had a great stay and will definitely be back!
Two things were a bit iffy for us. 1) Our room was on the ground floor and, once we got some neighbors upstairs (right above us), their thumping, running and screaming (there were lots of kids) became very frustrating (walls felt like paper-thin), and 2) the property WiFi was pretty bad (unfortunately, cell service - T-Mobile for me - was also basically zero in the area which, of course, had nothing to do with Wylder but it made it challenging to stay connected and make calls).

I enjoyed the continental breakfast in the morning. It was super convenient (and also very tasty). The whole property is an enjoyable atmosphere. The pool was clean and the perfect temperature.
I wish the restaurant opened a little earlier on Friday for lunch.

The location was very serene and relaxing. We really enjoyed being able to lounge on the grounds without much disturbance or noise. The breakfast was modest with nice ingredients. The rooms were comfortable if a but small.
The restaurant left something to be desired.

Staff was wonderful and very friendly/ accommodating. Location, views and amenities were wonderful!
Nothing major, some of the hallways (upstairs) just hot very warm and need a refresh (old a bit musty)

Lovely location, relaxed vibe, many amenities.
The rooms are fairly small, and the second floor rooms are accessible only via a steep wooden staircase.

Friendliest staff ever! Right on the water, complimentary breakfast, pool, kayaks, sauna, fireplaces, bikes.....Great for families, very quiet so you can actually relax. Dog friendly too!
Our room didn't have a refrigerator (we had a cooler and the front desk staff was giving us ice every time we needed); the room was also really small (we booked the double cabin). We spent most of the day outside so it didn't bother us much, I just thought it is note worthy. Also, pet fee is $58 DAILY not for your stay. There's also a "resort fee" of $38/day although this is clearly listed as a hotel, not a resort. Again, just note worthy things.
